Went there for a week. Great customer service, hot water, pretty clean. Only thing is that our room was really hot, even during the night, for an unknown reason. Overall satisfied by the experience and would recommend for groups, families, because of its location (downtown)

The location is great, the rooms are okay but the price makes up for it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, and it's very budget friendly. There's no air conditioning but if you can get a room with a window then it's fine. Try not to get a room on the higher floors as...

I had to leave my other hotel due to it being reserved and I had just been a 'walk-in'. I understood perfectly and walked around the corner to this hotel where the receptionist was quite pleasant and allowed me to leave my luggage until check in time. After staying in the large comfortable room with a comfortable bed I wished...

I had a great time, affordable and friendly staff! The hotel was located within walking distance of restaurants and other places to explore. I had a great time staying here, it was cozy and I always felt comfortable.

The hotel costs 15-20/night. They could easily charge for 50+. The location is excellent, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are new and with tons of water pressure, the bed's base are kinda cheap but the mattress and pillows are comfy. The hotel has no cafeteria but there is a nice one just next door. Stayed here for 3 days...

Centrally located opposite the train station, this is good value for your money. The room was larger than most places we have stayed for the same money and the bathroom was quite modern. Lots of hot water and no lumpy pillows! Hotels with rooms built around a central courtyard or lobby do tend to be noisier though. After paying the...

We stayed only 1 night in this hotel but were very pleasantly surprised at entering the hotel! It has been designed in a rhiad style with indoor walkways designed to look outdoor. A lot of effort had clearly been put into the design. The staff were friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat here as we left too early...

we (9) stayed there for two days and the rooms were clean enough for us, specially the bathrooms, it does have hot water. The service was overall ok, the only thing was that we didn´t get enough wifi signal on our bedrooms and we had to be downstairs to use this service. just in front on the hotel is the...

This was a OK place in Riobamba. Room, shower, and bed was clean enough. Location was good in Riobamba. Service was average. Overall, this place is a safe choice, although there was nothing too special about it.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The room was clean and neat. One of the beds was comfortable, but the other one was very bad (sagging). The bathroom was small, but ok and the shower was hot with good pressure. The rooms all face the central hall, which was rather noisy. Further, te staff was friendly but the...
