Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When I went, the pool was drained. The manager was gone, so no one spoke English. There was no WiFi available, at least that was what I was told. There was no TV of any kind, and there was no hot water for a shower. I got flea bites all over both ankles, and there are no restaurants within walking distance. The air conditioner did work, and there was a large choice of breakfast items, just not stuff I like as I don't do vegetables, meat or cheese in the morning. I had a bit of bread with honey and a small yoghurt. The bed was very soft and there were no sheets-just a fitted comforter over the bed and a loose one to cover yourself with. I was absolutely bored stiff, and getting lots of flea bites to boot made me very unhappy.

Stayed at the hotel for one night, and had them arrange for us a trip to both the black and white desert. Hotel is simple and clean, rooms are spacious and staff are friendly Mr. Essam the hotel manager was very cooperative and extremely friendly. He arranged the external trips to both the black and white desert for us, with everything turning out very nice. And the hotel was perfect, the meals were great and he was devoted with attention for all our needs

after 400 km motorbike ride , we reached this quiet hotel located on the borders of el bawiti - bahariya oasis - and the location was very good as for our take off to farafra oasis after our staying .. you feel like home with the air conditioned rooms , the wide garden and the arabian tent - at night we had a great view of the sky and the stars - the food was average as in the oasis generally there is no varieties , the owner arranged a safari for us , and he was very welcoming - the place is very nice to spend a day or two with a group of friends

We stayed for only a night. The rooms were clean with A/C, cable TV and tastefully designed furnitures which were made from local products; very well maintained. They provided clean towels and the bathrooms were nice with availabilty of hot water. The ambience was good. The breakfast had little choice but tasty. The owner was very co-operative. But beware of numerous flies and mosquitoes. Very much recommended for a stay on the way to the desert safari.

It was good to get a nice hot shower after a day of desert safari. The room and bathroom were nice and clean with good A/C and satellite TV. Just took a while to search through hundreds of channels to find the one or two English channels. Would be good to bring mosquitos repellent if you choose to stay here because there wasn't mosquito net when I stayed. I got bitten up during my sleep one night. The place still looked very new. The restaurant and the ground were pleasant. The staff were friendly. Good view of the hotel from the roof top.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The choices in this area are very limited and with tourism so low it must be really difficult for these operators....despite this I found both the manager & staff just wonderful. The shower was lovely and strong. The hotel was very clean and well located. I really liked the use of cushions for pillows - we have experienced some shocking pillows in the Middle East - more like concrete logs actually, the cushions allowed each person to make their own pillow to meet their own needs. Breakfast was super - cooked fresh including pancakes, so much delicious food. We had at triple room which was great - so my husband, daughter & I could be together. We were very happy with our stay here.

This is a lovely B and B to stay in. The staff and very friendly and accommodating! Nothing was too much for them. It has a lovely, calm atmosphere. They are happy to arrange a tour and overnight stay to the black and white deserts. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.
