If you want to be waited on hand and foot and greeted with a very warm welcome, then this is the place to stay.
All the staff are honestly so pleased to see the Brits back.
Beautiful setting, with the beach right on the resort, no climbing stairs to get to it.
All we have do is a hop to our sunbed from our room and been served drinks all day without having to ask, had our towels put out and even our sunglasses cleaned.

The pools were chilly this time of year, so having the heated pool is a real bonus of the hotels.

Breakfast is lovely with freshly made omelettes and pancakes, yoghurt, pastries and fruit plentiful. Served in The adult only buffet restaurant called Al Nakheel, Hossam the waiter could not do enough for us and always had a smile on his face.

Lunch we’ve only eaten in the snack bar as they serve fresh salads, sandwiches, burgers and rolls finished with lovely warm apple pie.

Dinner back in the adult only restaurant is fine there is always something to eat but they are working on getting more English dishes now we are coming back.

The meal we had in the Asian was amazing, just a shame it is limited to only one visit to any of the A la carte restaurants per stay.

The rooms are large and clean, cleaned daily with a different towel display every day, including a swan, elephant and alligator thanks to Mohammed.

The award for the employee of our stay has to be Fady who has been so lovely bringing us drinks all day, making special cocktails for us. A real asset to the hotel.

Was like we had never been away. Staff efficient and friendly .Room beautiful looking on to beach. Left a bouquet of red roses in room and bowl of fruit, housekeeping staff always on the ball. Food for us Brits could have been better, but they have been catering for the Russians,Ukraine and Georgians who eat very differently!

First time in Egypt and we are glad it was at this marvellous hotel. The staff all work very hard and aim to give you a fantastic holiday in particular Farahat who cleaned the room and made wonderful towel art.
The red sea cocktails were delectable and the staff in the terrace bar were delightful with special thanks to Sami for his hospitality. The guys work very hard here to make sure your drinks were refilled yet still took the time to exchange pleasantries.
The food in the restaurant was varied and of good quality so even the fussiest of appetites would not go hungry.

Regarding safety:
• The door of the water connection just outside of my room in the first floor was open for two days (a child can fall from there to the ground floor).
• 2 spotlights in my room were not well attached and almost falling.
• The adapter of the corner light was broken.
Regarding infrastructure:
• I had a big water leakage in my room.
• The WC was broken.
• The water sink was blocked.
Regarding services:
Except managers how were very nice many workers showed aggressive acts toward me and other client in my presence for example:
• When I arrived, I was checking in, one of the receptionists looked at me and told hid colleague in Arabic "what this thing want" in very impolite way, although I look Arabic and there is a high chances that I will understand him however he didn’t care.
• In the main restaurant (the one that allow children), in one week, no one from the waiters asked me if I want to drink something.
• The head of the waiters in the main restaurant (the short, skinny with black hair man) was very nasty and unprofessional.
• The other head of the waiters once asked an adult (which look from eastern Europe) to put his T-shirt on in very aggressive way.
• One of the guys working there came to put the cups of café in their place and someone was leaving his dish in that area so he said in Arabic "who is the donkey that put his dish here" I smiled for him and told him its not me he didn’t even react to me and when the client came to take his dish he showed him clearly that he is angry (even if most of the clients are from eastern Europe and don’t speak Arabic the body language of the workers clearly tell what they think).
• Many times workers were arguing near the clients.
• One of the animator team ( a skinny blond girl) was asking the kids in the theater to join her and dance with her on the stage, she was one meter away from us asking a child to go with her and she looked at my 2.5 years son and she ignored him and she left.
I don’t have time to write every thing I saw and experienced in this hotel but I think it’s a good idea to train the worker specially to control their body language and be more friendly and smiley.

Brexit over, more weather storms on the horizon, a wet and windy February. Where to go with Corona-virus looming? Somewhere hot and dry but with all home comforts.
Egypt fitted the bill, Sharm-el-Sheikh the destination of choice, TUI the tour operator, the Jaz Mirabel Beach hotel stood out on its own with 5 pools, 4 restaurants and its own beach on the Red Sea.
It did not disappoint. A very warm welcome from the reception staff who wisely advised us to go and enjoy dinner whilst they took care of our check in and luggage was reflected by the waiting staff in the dining room and continued by the cheerful buggy drive who drove us to our comfortable and spacious room overlooking the beach, with a huge balcony.
We totally enjoyed our 7 day stay, food and drink always to hand and of great quality and choice, every member of staff from room cleaners, gardeners, bars and reception always ready with a cheerful greeting and willing service.
With the coronavirus measures escalating at home, we seriously considered extending our stay but the threatened closure of various countries borders pulled us up short. Thank goodness, as Egypt closed its borders 3 days later!
Jaz Mirabel Beach, we will definitely return!

We were staying in hoel during New Year's Eve for one week. Our group had 6 people. Hotel has very nice territory and 2 heated pools. During our stay there was quite few people in hotel, so that meant there were available beds near swimming pool and in beach, didn't have to rush for them. Food was OK, we found every time something to eat, although the variety could be changed more often, especially during breakfast. Our rooms were siple, but they need renovation badly. You can see easily that all the furniture and also mattress is from the beginning of hotel opening. Which was annoying, was that we had to change our keys at least once a day, because they stopped working. There was some mistake in the lock system, but they kept telling us that problem is because of holding the key near mobile, which we didn't do. During the week they didn't manage to fix that mistake. Luckily our room was quite near to reception.
Hope to return to this hotel again in future, when some renovation in rooms has been done! It was good to see thet they were renovation Park & Club hotel.

I was very pleased to stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach 5 days. I found all the attention from all the hotel staff. Everyone is keen to provide a high level of service to all guests in all places with a wide smile and great friendliness no matter how heavy the requests are, I’d like to appreciate all the hotel staff especially GM of the hotel who is constantly present among the guests , the front office manager and his staff , the waiters , whether in the restaurants or bars and House keeping staff
The hotel is distinguished as is usual in the Jazz hotels in terms of cleanliness , quality and diversity of the food and the attractive activities, . I would highly recommend staying in this special hotel and of course when considering returning to Sharm El Sheikh my stay will be in this special hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the gardens are full with flowers and palm trees, it’s wonderful to enjoy a exotic garden in the midle of the winter! There is a beach too, if you want to admire the turquise sea and plenty of waresports options (rental centre on the beach with windsurf/kitesurf equipment and trainers. Also, you can book through them trips like Desert safari, snorckle/scuba diving boat trip, etc). The rooms are spacios and are nicely decorated. Hamida (who we thank very much) kept our room clean and cosy, always having an novel arrangement prepared for us) The food was wonderful, plenty of dishes to choose from, something was different every day at the buffet restaurant(mediteranian, italian, middle east, indian/asian, mexican, etc), not to mention deserts... 😊 the waiters were really helpfull and eager to help. I don’t remember their names but all of them were wonderful, i was very impressed. In the morning and in the afternoon there were classes of yoga/pilates (Olga, thank you!) In the evening, after dinner, there were entertainment shows, different every night, near the shopping area (on the left side of the garden, right before the first building were the rooms were located). Free Wifi in the restaurant area, Oriental Flair bar and some places in the garden. (No wi-fi in room) Overall, very pleased with our stay, all the members of the staff were professionals, great at their jobs( the manager of the hotel shoud be very proud of his employees) really making the holliday even more relxing and carefree.

The only negative comment i have: the fact that the a la carte restaurants are not covered by All inclusive.

As a solo traveller I’m used to being put in a room out of the way of normal people and couples but walked in and the Reception staff said ‘Upper floor room with balcony and pool view ok for you?’ God yes! Walked in and the room was lovely, clean and plenty of room for me to relax…quick word about the shower..a little unpredictable between hot and cold so my happy humming under a warm shower occasionally became an unmanly shriek that echoed through the hotel scaring small children and causing the elderly to cross themselves as cold water hit me…the food buffet wad plenty of selection and was good quality especially the grill that was a daily feature and they got used to my Oliver Twist impression..the pool area is huge and although the the hotel was busy there are always a sun lounger available..the pools themselves were immaculate and plenty of bars to get a cool drink from..the beach was excellent..a good sized emboldens swimming area with a few rocks/coral and sea grass meant that there were quite a few fish to be seen in a shallow safe area..there is a pier to the coral reef off shore which was unfortunately closed for engineering reasons however a regular buggy service took you to the pier a couple of hotels away to get some snorkelling in on a fantastic reef..I don’t know if it’s the time of year but there was a strong wind which meant there was quite a strong swell to the waves so have to be a relatively good swimmer there..the staff at the hotel were terrific - always smiling and helpful, they work bloody hard and it shows..I don’t usually go to the same hotel twice but I would come here again!

This was my second visit to the hotel and this time I think it was even better. The hotel is very well looked after, has a fantastic beach and is a short transfer from the airport.

On arrival, I was upgraded to a larger room which was nice touch. I spent every day down on the beach as the weather was fantastic but I know the pools are very popular too.

The staff at this hotel are a credit to the team. Hazem the beach attendant was there every day to sort out my sun spot; while Hossam from the Sand bar always on hand to bring drinks and a smile; behind the Sand bar also was Mohammed who works hard to keep everyone collecting drinks happy.

In the adult restaurant, Amr always made sure I had a good table outside for my breakfast and lunch and all credit should go to chef Mohammed on the bbq, show cooking area who served me a great selection of Egyptian food (fish, kofta, chicken, rice, skewed veg, salad and bread).

At the pool bar reef, Ibrahim and Hisham were great leaders, always helping the busy team, doing so with a smile.

Upstairs at the lobby bar, big thanks always to Karim who makes your drinks with so much care, remembers your order and is constantly smiling. His team of Hossam and Ibrahim also must be recognised for their good spirits and hard work.

If you like Egyptian food, then give the Sofia restaurant a try, however I also did the Italian which made for a nice change. Not sure how anyone can really complain about the food or drinks here, there’s a huge selection.

One thing I would say, if you want to tip, there is a cash machine where you can withdraw Egyptian pounds and change up foreign notes. If you can please tip with Egyptian pounds or tip in notes as the boys have to otherwise ask guests to change up small coins into notes for them to then exchange into their local money.

Finally, the wifi is okay, a little patchy in parts but if you really want to be connected all the time, just buy a sim at the airport for about ten euros, for using with your own number on WhatsApp or for social media.

Like other Jaz hotels, everyone works really hard to make sure you have a good stay. If you’re looking for a sunshine break of solid relaxation, I would definitely recommend this hotel. To be honest I don’t think I would stay anywhere else in Sharm. I look forward to returning again!
