I am very surprised that this hotel has such high ratings. It definitely doesn't deserve such ratings. After staying twice at Rixos Premium Belek, I hoped that there was such a thing as Rixos quality, but unfortunately this hotel successfully dissuaded me from this belief. Almost everything is wrong with Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh. Let me start by noting that there are actually two hotels separated by a highway. Closer to the sea there is the proper Rixos Premium, on the other side of the road - Rixos Aqua. I was not informed about this when I booked my stay and ended up in the Aqua part, which is newer, but the rooms are also slightly cheaper. The staff assured me that shuttle buses run between both parts every 10 minutes, passing under the expressway. They do run, but not always every 10 minutes and often during rush hours they are overcrowded and you have to wait for the next one. It is poorly organized and is a major inconvenience. We spent the second half of our stay in a room in Rixos proper. Compared to this, the rooms in Aqua are larger and newer, but have a lot of construction defects, while those in the second part are smaller and already worn out. There are also mosquitoes in the rooms, which the staff can't really deal with because the repellent in the socket doesn't work on them. However, what is the worst in this hotel is the food. The quality of the food is very low, everything is either dry, under-seasoned, tasteless. There seems to be plenty of food and a very large selection, but there is nothing tasty. You can actually skip breakfast altogether. Considering Rixos in Belek, this is a huge disappointment for me, because the food there was delicious. There are also several a la carte restaurants. We have been to 5 of them and apart from the French one, the rest are useless. The same quality of food as in generally available restaurants. After one of these dinners, I got sick. The hotel has several swimming pools, but there are too few sun loungers. When going to the swimming pool at 9-10 a.m. there is no way to find a free sun lounger. Everything is booked and the staff allows it. My daughter once got up at 7 a.m. to reserve a sun lounger. Then the towel services at the swimming pools open. Of the dozen or so double sun loungers near our room, she found the last one available. The rest were already taken with bathroom towels, not pool towels. There are many bars, including those at receptions, open until late at night, but despite a large selection of cocktails and alcohol, including wines, many items are unavailable. You need to find a good bartender, because many of them make cocktails contrary to the rules and they have a completely different taste. Some bartenders can also ignore customers. Regarding the Aquapark, the coolest slide was closed, and all the others required sliding on special pads. If you were to slide down normally on your butt, you could injure yourself due to poorly connected elements of the slide. Among the cool things - the Saturday evening show, it's really worth watching and I appreciate the high skills of the acrobats and dancers. You can skip the shows on other days. A nice solution with a pier several hundred meters long reaching to the reef itself, where you can go down and snorkel, looking at the reef and colorful fish. I do not recommend this hotel. I remember my stay at, for example, ClubMed in El Gouna and there is a really big difference. You can eat tasty food in Egypt, but definitely not in Rixos. …

Again and again, for the forth time and for almost 2 weeks this time, Me and my little family had one of the most memorable vacations ever in this tremendous place ! Rixos Premium Seagate is like gold, it becomes more precious by time :)) Every time we go there we have more and more fantastic enjoyable time :) We like every corner of this place and we like so much how they are taking care of and developing it :) Each spot has its charming and luxurious experience; the magnificent tropical-like spacious pools either at Premium Seagate or Seagate Aqua, the incredibly entertaining activities spread throughout the whole place (water polo, water volley, aqua gym, beach volley which we enjoyed every day with the most spectacular company ever, table tennis), the laid back chic & superb experience either at the lobby bar or the beach bar at Premium Seagate or the Chillout Bar at Premium Aqua which all leave you totally pleasant and relaxed, the extremely delicious food of the main restaurants Turquoise & Veranda & the Palm at the 3 hotels (Premium Seagate, Premium Aqua and Sharm) as well as the beautiful immersing taste of the authentic international served food at all of the a la carte restaurants which have a unique authentic experience each, the fabulous greenery well engineered vast gardens which leave you with the most breath-taking views ever ! the mind-blowing Aquapark which spikes your adrenaline and explodes your adventurous spirit :) , the awesome Rixy kids club which always activates our child best enjoyable mood ever with their everyday miscellaneous activities and caring manner, the phenomenal terrific snorkeling experience with the most beautiful coral leaves and fantastic colorful fish :) Thank you Rixos for such marvelous experience and deep thanks to the most valuable asset of this place, the whole lovely and super caring supportive people who keeps smiling in your face and spare no effort in serving you with such first-class service and generous hospitality :) Very special thanks to the super professional reception team (especially Mr. Ahmed Aziz and Mr. Mostafa Anwar), to the super amazing Turquoise restaurant team (especially Chef Mohamed Khader, Mr. Hazem, Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Mastour, Mr. Mohamed Hosny, Mr. Reda, Mr. Abd El Latif, Miss Sara, Miss Zahraa, Miss Fayrouz, Miss Manar), to the super amazing and lovely Bandura Musician Irina Lutsenko for her lovely great music , to the super amazing Veranda restaurant team (especially Mr. Mohamed Shenawy, Mr. Mohamed Sobhy, Mr. Mohamed Abd El Aal), to the super amazing Entertainment team (especially Mr. Shady, Mr. Saad, Mr. Nikita, Mr. Hazem, Miss Sou), to the super amazing Snorkeling life guards (especially Mr. Hasan, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Eslam) to the super amazing Guest Relations team (especially our dearest friend Mr. Mohamed Morsi and Mr. Haytham at Rixos Sharm) and very very special thanks to Mr. Amin Hosny for being a true role model manager in listening, caring, acting, supporting and always making our stay as much satisfactory as possible :) Thanks you all.. Top quality hotel experience, food lovely and available throughout the day. Great service from staff especially Amr from reception, very helpful with letting us know what to do in Sharm and Yasser from house keeping, very good room services and ensuring all of our needs are looked after. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about Rixos premium seagate. My partner and I have just come back from the most amazing week away, the hotel exceeded all expectations in every single area. When we arrive at the hotel the staff were immediately super lovely and so friendly, we were upgraded to a junior suite room overlooking the main pool which was beautiful, it had all the toiletries you could ever need, the room had a fully stocked mini fridge with soft drinks, water wine and crisps which were all replaced every day We arrived late so went straight to watch the entertainment, I have never been to a hotel that put so much pride and planning into their shows, it was the best entertainment I have ever seen, it’s something you’d pay money for to watch in London We absolutely loved the water park, there’s a good mix of slides for adults and children, we were really impressed as we thought it was going to be for kids, we also went over to use the adults only hotel which was lovely if you want a mode chilled vibe but we actually preferred seagate, I could go on forever writing about how amazing every single staff member is, I have never ever received service like it and it completely makes you feel at ease and super safe. The food was absolutely amazing a true 5* hotel, we really enjoyed the people’s restaurant, where the steak was cooked to perfection, really can’t fault the food in any restaurant it was so much better than I ever imagined, we weren’t ill at all and we didn’t avoid any foods or ice We asked for late check out at reception and they gave us a complimentary extra 2 hours meaning we didn’t have to leave the room until 2 which made a huge difference to us, the staff will never know how much we appreciate all of them and can’t wait to visit again!
