Considering you are in a rural area, this hotel really does a good job to meet international traveller needs. You have hot water, soaps, a clean bed, air conditioning, bar, restaurant and hot breakfast. Its all we needed to feel comfortable and happy before continuing on on early morning nature tour to Kakum. We also enjoyed the sounds of village... More

This is in most respects quite a delightful place to stay by Ghanaian standards; the rooms are comfortable, service is decent, and the air conditioning and wifi are both good. We stayed here for several nights on two occasions and were very happy with it. The lodge is close to Kakum National Park and to other excellent birding locations, and... More

Nice hotel, not in luxury class; it comprises chalet-type rooms set in nice green grounds, and the staff are very helpful and do their best to make the stay comfortable. The menu is not extensive, but the chef is good, and food very well prepared. Swimming pool is in a bit of a sad state, though - small, not very... More

Beautiful, comfortable lodge with some interesting birds in the grounds. It's down the road from Kakum, you can catch a tro-tro out in front, no need for a taxi. Get a guide at Kakum, no need to book in advance. Our room was really nice and the AC was good. The pizza was amazing! Ask for a packed breakfast if... More

We spend 3 nights here before a tour and then another night later. It is ideally placed fro Kakum NP, so if you want to be at the Canopy Walkway by first light it is best alternative. Food was good if a little limited for choice (first stay) and there was a good selection of beers to try. Room was... More

Stayed here at end of November. Rooms of good quality, plenty of hot water and clean bathrooms. Good airconditioned rooms. Staff all very pleanst and helpful especially Chef. Food of above average quality for Ghana. Clean swimming pool althought there could be some some loungers put out. ( maybe they normally do but it was a bit quiet). Showers not... More

Lovely hotel to relax and stay in. Very near Kakum National Park. Good clean swimming pool, good service, tasty well prepared food and large fully functional rooms all set in an established and secure garden. An ideal idyllic and well run hotel.

A very nice hotel, only half an hour from Kakum National Park. Staff is very friendly and does serve breakfast even at five in the morning for birdwatchers. Rooms are clean and big enough, showers are better than in the rest of Ghana. There could be more variation on the menue for vegetarians.
