I stopped by at Hans Cottage Botel on our way back from Kakum. I had lunch and touched a crocodile. I didn't spend the night. There are quite a number of things to do there. I would definitely go back and spend a night.

We stayed in the Hans Cottage Botel for a trip to Kakum and of course to see and feed the famous crocs. It was a great experience. We booked the airconditioned rooms and were really content with the luxury of the room. Everything was there, well maintained and working (even the hot water shower), which is quite an exemption for...

We didn't stay at the hotel. We only went there for drinks, the views and to feed the crocodiles. Go during the right season if you want the crocodiles to come out for feeding; if not it's a wasted trip.

We visited Han's Cottage Botel during our journey on Semester At Sea and it was just the right kind of place we needed. We had dinner and stayed the night before heading to Kumasi the following morning. Great experience.

Visited Hans on my way back from kakum. The food is very basic for me, wasn't really blow away, neither was the service at the restaurant. The main part was patting a real life Croc! That blew my mind. The lady asked for an 8 cedi tip, but it was well worth it.

After reading about Hans Cottage in TripAdvisor, I knew I had to see for my self. Went after we left Kakum and the monkey sanctuary because I wanted to pat the crocodiles and also get some food. The pool was deserted. The lake/pond by the restaurant was green tho I saw crocodiles swimming. We placed our order for food. I...

The place is run down. It may have started out nicely but it's in shambles now. The room had little mounds of dust from rotting wood. The shower head was green. There was dog poop in one of the couches in the gallery of the restaurant. The "buffet " breakfast is ghc 20.00 for a non-resident. I took my plate...

The hotel and our stay were wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were well kept and clean. Plus, you can pet a crocodile. Which is pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend it if you're near Cape Coast.

Met Auntie Mary, the crocodile whisperer, but declined to pat even the small croc out basking in the sun. The food was fine, but slow coming. Would definitely recommend eating Ghanaian dishes rather than Western ones.

We popped in for lunch on the way back from Kakum National Park. Lunch was good, with a nice selection and affordable prices (one of the few places where I could use my credit card). We also went to see the local "tame" crocodiles that live in the pond. We did not stay over, so can't comment on accommodation.
