I have been to this hotel with my wife as an honey moon trip, its a terrible hotel to stay. Avoid it. The desk ppl are very rude. Hot water comes only for some time in the mrng. Bad. Needs to improve their manners and conditions. Rooms are cold.

Perhaps average or nice by Indian standards but not very clean and not very nice by ours. Having said that, we'd stayed at some terribly dirty places that had promised to be neat and beautiful so this was by no means the worst. The worst part was the restaurant which had mould on its table cloths. I couldn't be persuaded...

The staff do their best, but the rooms are dark, not clean, and very noisy! Furthermore, hot water was only available for a very short time period in the morning, and only a very small quantity was disposable. The Hotel would be okay for a cheaper rate, but under these circumstances it is no value for the price you pay!

In the morning you can see the munnar tea gardens on the mountain ranges behind the hotel. The room is very spacious. However, hot water is available only in the morning. Also...
