Chose this place because we wanted to have a place to chill by the river when taking a break from visiting temples. Trees mostly occluding the view, a wood bench, couple poor chairs, the deck looked like a scrap heap. Booked the 900 baht/night garden view. They all have the same view.. Of the driveway. Been travelling in Asia for... More

Decent place, nice staff. Location is not the best but it was quiet and charming. Not much food around and we waited forever for bike rental which never came. Biggest complaint was not with the place itself but the very aggressive dogs that linger nearby making walking anywhere pretty scary.

A night there was a rat running around in my room and in the morning I discovered that it ate a part of my bag. Until 12pm there was a concert somewhere, that started again at 7:30 in the morning. So the sleep I was thinking I could get at that place, I didn't get it. The cheaper huts consist... More

If you like culture you will enjoy staying in this cute bangalow. The bangalow is clean and decorated with simple Thai furniture. The room we stayed in had only a fan and no hot water. There is a veranda near the bangalows where you can sit and watch the boats on the river. Across from the river are temples and... More

This place is great, stayed here by accident, hadn't booked anywhere and just jumped in a taxi with another couple from our bus, so glad we did. Ayutthaya itself has very little tourism, (westerners) and this place is the total opposite from everything we've previously stayed at. Rooms are basically huts on stilts, cold showers (altough their is air con)... More

Fantastic location by the river, and very local feeling. Staff speak no or little English, and any special request is a challenge to communicate. A nice place to relax and unwind, if you don't mind mosquitos...

“Take the more expensive one if you don't want to be disturbed by animals. Don't take Hut number 3 (and the one next to it), there is a machine under the hut, that sounds like a hair dryer that is making noise every 10 min, not possible to relax and sleep.”
