Travelled alone and stayed for 2 nights at this cozy inn in Ayutthaya. Good location, friendly staff, great food at the restaurant. When I was there, there was only 2 other guests. I stayed in a dorm with 3 beds (mattress on the floor), but was there alone for the 2 nights. Huge room, just a bit noisy as it...

Myself and a friend lived at Bann Kun Pra for six months (October - March)while we taught English at a local school, and we only have positve things to say about the hotel and its staff. The charm of the old but well-maintained buildings is apparent as soon as you walk through the front gates. The staff takes care to...

Loved this hotel for the antiques and the old atmosphere of the hotel. It was the old riverside residence for a member of of the royal court back in the day or something and I loved it. You can get cheaper rooms with A/C elsewhere in the town but I recommend staying here. Views of the temple across the river...

The location is pretty good, the owner was not very friendly but other staff was great.the room is ok but the bed was too hard, really hard.the river view is amazing but during the night it's very busy on the river, you hear boats and there are a lot of bats outside so difficult to have a complete night, even if it was low...

BannKunPra is an unexpected oasis. It is located barely off a major artery, U Thong Road, but as soon as a visitor enters the gates, the city is left behind. The century-old teak house is charming and thoughtfully appointed, with a large river-viewing terrace off the dining room. Views of the Pa Sak river are spectacular with an active temple...

located at the riverside with beautiful riverside scenery no matter during the day or night. a little bit expensive and the design of the guesthouse is kinda retro. but try not to buy mineral water here.cause it cost double when compare with convenient shop outside.

This place is a bit expensive (around 1100 baht/night if you want aircon) but I think that they are overestimates the view against the river. It is cozy but not so cozy. The room is big and clean with a very good ac and a big balcony. The restaurant is very good and you should definitely eat there, wifi in...

Didn't mind the boat noise or the traffic noise. Could tolerate the "oops did we say 350B per room, well we meant 350B per person". Just wish that they had kept up with the maintenance schedule or cleaning since they were featured in architectural magazines and travel magazines a few years ago. Spiderwebs, dust, damaged window screens, partially missing mosquito...

For 600 Baht per night (less than $20) I got a tastefully decorated room in a traditional Thai house, with a balcony overlooking the river. In the mood to be among the surroundings, I thought this place to be far more authentic than any sterile hotel room, or featureless backpacker hostel. The restaurant served good food and the staff were...

Stayed here a night. I arrived here early at 9AM and check in at 1PM. The staff said could have my backpacker left in their front of lobby. I was walking completed throughout the city and along the encircle rivers. Great historical temples. it was exhausted but worth it my effort walked. It was nine hours along the city then...

“I like the old style rooms. I would not want to stay in the modernised rooms. A room that is near the main TV lounge room is preferred.”
