Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the owners and folks working there were so friendly and helpful. I chose the hotel due to its location for the sights and there are free bicycles available which are very handy to visit the sights. The room was a chalet type room which had patio windows all around and there was a sitting area, then the bedroom and then the bathroom at the back. There was a sitting area at the outside front too. The breakfast was served at the front of the hotel and was cooked to order and there you can sit and watch the local world go by and one morning someone fishing in the pond at wat hasadavas which is opposite. I had dinner at the local restaurants and dining there and being in the whole area it is part of the local life. I really enjoyed my stay there and talking to the owners and would definitely stay there again.

Booked this hotel for a 1 night stop over and wow what a little Gem, owners were fab and really couldn't do more for us - even booked our onward coach tickets and ensured we got to the bus station on time. Lovely room with everything you need and very close to the historical centre, grt breakfast, clean, wifi only small point No safe - will return one day.

Overprice hotel located in suburb area. It is far from city center, inconvenient at night time. The place is quiet but too quiet make me scary. The room is normal the staff is nice but the price is overprice. I do not recommend this place

I stayed here with my girlfriend for one night in Mid April 2019. The hotel is located in the heart of the "Historic" zone of Ayutthaya. Lots of temples within walking distance and the hotel also offers free bicycles for hire during your stay. The breakfast was good for the price. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful with advice when asked. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Ayutthaya.

We stayed here for 2 nights over the new year period with our 18 month old. From start to finish the experience was fantastic and the hotel cannot do enough to help. The bungalows are spotlessly clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable 😊 We did a boat tour arranged by hotel and we loved it! We also did a tuk tuk tour arranged by hotel again this was great! Getting around the city is easy and we had a wonderful tuk tuk driver who even waited one evening whilst we had our meal. Breakfast was delicious I recommend the egg roti! All in all a very memorable and happy time in ayutthaya - a very special place indeed!

Small is beautiful would suit this hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, very cozy and comfortable with the green surroundings. The owner is very nice and friendly. Everyone in our group is impressed by hospitality rendered by the staff. Breakfast is simple but excellent. There tea, fresh coffee, bread and butter, yogurt and assorted fruits. On top of this there are choices of other dishes such as fried eggs with sausages, fried eggs, pork or beef with holy basil (pad kaproaw- the best I ever tasted), garlic pork, and last but not least very delicious roti stuffed with eggs. If you need a nice place to stay during your visit to Ayutthaya this boutique hotel is the one.

Simple, small, clean place located right outside the northern part of the old city of Ayutthaya (next door to Wat Na Phramen). With the bicycles you can simply borrow, it takes you a few minutes to the old center. Extremely helpful and service-oriented owners/staff - no matter how many questions you have :)

This is a small complex of 8 bungalows. The setting is beautiful. The rooms very spacious with a good shower. The rooms are immaculately clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly Breakfast is basic Thai but all the same good. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel very cheaply which, makes visiting everywhere is easy. I definitely recommend staying here, I would have no hesitation of booking again if I am ever in the area
