We travel a lot. We’ve travelled the world and live Thailand. We’ve been to Lanta 3 times and love it. I made a mistake with this place. Arrival. No typical Thai welcome. No cold towel and a refreshing drink. Just passport, credit card, sign here. Beach 250m that way. Bye.

First of all, Thank you for a good review about our Breakfast All about our New Year's Gala Dinner to explain you for the details as below; The New Year’s Gala Dinner is compulsory for most 3 to 5 stars hotels/ resorts in Thailand. It does not only showcase the buffet dinner only but the entire experience (the Thai-style food market set-up, the entertainment, the dinner and the fireworks). We are sorry if this is not up to your standard, but this is the best options that we had. The buffet / food – We have prepared food for 5++ guests even we have expected 4++ guests. Cocktail / Mocktail was served as welcome drinks. In addition to this, our “Street food festival market” is open at 6 PM. The drinks – like many other buffets, this is not included in the price. We also had wine tasting and reservations in the morning from 28 to 31 Dec. The fireworks – we also have prepared fireworks to welcome 2019! We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests, but sometimes we do fail to impress everyone. Hi, we stayed here for a family holiday. The place is very run down and dishevelled. Desperately needs a refurbishment. Rooms are big and clean but that’s about it. We stayed over New Year and they insisted on charging us for a mandatory gala dinner for us and the kids. £300

I booked it via Agoda, but they charged my credit card more then 8000 bath extra for some stupid for some Gala that I didn’t want or search for in Agoda, they had a notification with small letters so you would not react to, when I called the booking manager she just ignored me

How can I get room with hotel a good room
do you have booking with us?

We have stayed at the hotel twice, and the beach has always been clean and wonderful. Maybe it can be dirty in low season, I do not know. But we have booked anoter stay here for Feb 2018, so we hope it will be as beatiful as always;)
