Owner and staff were friendly. Location was good, just a few minutes walk to restaurants and 7eleven. We booked a room with one big bed. Room was relatively spacious. Bed was quite comfortable. Room had a TV with Thai channels, the only English channels were BBC and Al Jazeera news. So we ended up watching news every night. There was a balcony and place to hang wet clothes. The only thing I would complain is that the sink was situated a bit high. So being an Asian, we kinda had to tiptoe when we brushed our teeth. The other issue we had was that the shower pressure was really slow. They do not provide bottle water in the room but we can refill our own bottles at their restaurant. Plus they provided free flow of coffee and tea. Breakfast choices were just OK. Overall a good place. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Mook Lanta. The host Nick and Melissa were great. The place was set up really well. You could book your trips or onward travel easily with them. The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. We loved starting the day with a fantastic western style breakfast. I loved the Mook bacon and egg muffin. The location was great. Two minute walk from the 4 km Long Beach and Korner Bar for watching the amazing sunsets. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Had a great week. Thank you. Dave and Michele

End of another beautiful day. I’m sat on the veranda of our rustic bungalow looking at the setting sun light up the tops of the tropical trees. There’s a Sea Eagle soaring in the sky. Many different species of birds with their own special evening songs Paradise!! Shall I go for a beer at the bar, watch sunset at Korner bar or just stay on the veranda?? These difficult decisions I have to make everyday!! This is our 5th year at the Mook. Should I say any more? This is not a 5 star resort with swimming pools and sun beds etc. This is living with nature and experiencing Thailand as it should be Mellisa and Nick who own the resort are always at hand to help and advise. Perfect hosts! Their staff keep the resort and your room perfectly clean. Any problems will be sorted quickly but let Nick or Mellisa know as soon as you experience any Breakfasts are legendary, cooked to order by Peng. ( devised by Nick! ) Thanks once more Mellisa and Nick for a wonderful stay

My husband and I spend 6 days at Mook Lanta eco resort, we just loved it.. the bungalow had air con and TV. It was clean and very modern and peasant. the water re-fill only system for the drinking water was great and so different, we felt that we really did make leave less of a footprint by staying here compared to many other hotels. The staff and management were so friendly, helpful and professional. the breakfast was amazing and we were so happy that it wasn't a cold buffet breakfast as are in so many hotels in Thailand. It takes only 3 minutes walk to go to the beach. We traveled a bit around West Thailand and to us that was one of the best hotels

We stayed in Mook Lanta resort 3 nights. If you are not looking for the excellence, the hotel is great. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good, especially if you like english breakfast, however you have limited number of options without paying extra. Unfortunately we were a little puzzled concerning the size of the bathroom as it is too small for 2 people. The position is great next to Prae Beach (2min walking) which is a really long nice beach.
