Seaflower is all about beachfront access, cleanliness, safety, and value for money. They have a wide range of rooms. I stayed in a very simple bungalow (no TV) for just 1000 baht a night. I was near the Honeymoon Suite which was an elevated treehouse over the pool ($)……and then there are ordinary seaside bungalows for around 1300-1500 baht per night. Pool was clean, safe, well-lit, always open. Parking was safe and easy, staff were always on hand. Most of this resort is pretty new, as well. If you are staying 3 weeks or less, stay here. Only if you are staying 3+ weeks should you hunt around for a bargain and get your own bungalow from a private owner.// Beach is basically topless, no one cares.....then the nude beach is nearby. Water at this location is always flat/calm. Walk just 50 steps to the beach. Now, some drawbacks: service in the little overpriced restaurant is not great, but the food is good. There is no steam room, but really should be. The spa directly across the street is sort of ho hum, I never went back (there are others). But that's about all I can think of.

This is our twelfth stay at Seaflower Bungalows. People ask us why we don’t go anywhere else; why do we go back to the same place every year? Why would we go anywhere else when this is the best place to be? The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms and their prices vary depending on what you want - we prefer the bungalows on the beach, which are very clean and have everything we need and are around a lush garden but if you prefer a more luxurious pool room, that’s available too. The food is delicious and at the moment there’s a barbecue and live music Monday and Friday nights.
It’s about 1 k from buzzy Sitanu and there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes and fruit stalls along the road.
The beach that’s it’s on is beautiful and the Heaven Beach Bar is my husbands favourite place in the whole world.

I spend 9 nights with my family (kids 5 and 7) at pool rooms in new building, during new year. This family run resort is family and eco friendly and very clean. The beach is super nice, calm and not crowded , with few great restaurants and yoga retreat center. The food in restaurant was delicious, kids love it. Next to resort you have market 7/11 and massage saloons. In 10-15 minutes walk you are in center Suratthani, but we rented a scooter next door and were at all best beaches in nord from 5-15 minutes. Thongsala is 15minutes away.
If you want spend your holidays in really good atmosphere and at great location come to Seaflower Bungalows. Many thanks to all staff, we will be back for sure.

We spent two months in Thailand and I'm sorry to say that this hotel was the one that we least enjoyed. The pool, restaurant, beach bar and work area were lovely and nice, but other than that we were a bit disappointed.

Firstly, this was the only hotel/resort (among 5 hotels where we stayed at on Koh Phangan), that charged 3% credit card fee and asked for a 1000 baht deposit for possible damages and key loss (perhaps understandable, but still odd). The room (King room with balcony) where we stayed at, was quite spacious, but this was by far the hardest bed we've ever slept on. The room service came every other day, but I'm not sure if our bed sheets were changed at all during this one week. In the guest intro, there is even a sentence saying "PARTY GOERS, please wash off ALL your body paint before going to bed. The sheets will be checked prior to your check out." The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly low. Another important thing to keep in mind is that breakfast is not included in the price.

And even if everything mentioned above might somehow be forgiven, then the worst thing was the customer service. It felt like a place without emotions. We had to take all our luggage upstairs by ourselves, no one helped or offered to help. Most of the hotel crew (except for the people who seemed to be the owners) didn't greet or smile when passing by, which you get really used to in Thailand.

We've been staying and eating at this family run establishment for over 15 years. The food is terrific and the ambiance is fantastic. A really chilled place to see sunset and have a drink. The water at this side of the island is really clear and clean. They take the beach every morning. They get booked up fast, some bungalows a year in advanced, because they have many repeat customers. 5 star service and place all the way around.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel in March 2022 and can only agree with everyone else. This is an incredibly cozy hotel with the best location in Koh Phangan.

The hotel is fairly newly built and is owned by a very lovely family who makes you feel at home.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated, contemporary with small nice details that enhance the experience.

The staff is very helpful with just about everything and the restaurant chef serves Thailand's tastiest Pad Thai, in my opinion!

The surroundings are beautiful and green with all sorts of beautiful trees and plants.

The large pool is super nice and suitable for both adults and children. In the middle of the beautiful garden there is a wonderful bar, overlooking the coral green sea, which in the evenings becomes the coziest bar you can hang out on the island!

You can not help but love this hotel! So stop looking - book your stay here right away! You wont regret it!

Reading reviews previously of grumpy staff, we weren't sure what to expect.
But from the moment we emailed about a pick up, Seaflower staff were polite, friendly and so helpful.

We arranged a pick up 24hrs before arrival, and what a godsend! Not having to fight off taxi men and wait ages, Chai was waiting with our name and we were swiftly taken to the hotel.

Greeted at reception by a sweet friendly receptionist and by the Canadian owner Lise who explained everything, we were shown to our Bungalow.

The pool was lovely, we liked it in the afternoons, not too hot to sunbathe!

We were upgraded to a Superior Garden view, which was great. The bed was huge! Shower was basic but everything worked.
The fan during the night was bliss, my only gripe would be the aircon unit right above the bed, was too cold to use at night right overhead.

The bar and restaurant makes this place, the staff are friendly and so relaxed. The chill out seats in the restaurant were very cool. The beds on the beach are in front of the bar and you can literally lay there all day, drinks are brought to you!

The sunset on this beach was my favourite, a panoramic view, stunning colours of the sky, very romantic too!

We asked to see the newer rooms, which were huge! They were modern, spacious and looked luxurious. They overlook the pool with own hammocks.

We would definitely stay here again and for longer! So relaxed!!

Staying in a bungalow expect wildlife.. we had lizards, but they are harmless and actually help catch mosquitoes!

We had a wonderful return visit to Seaflower bungalows. We stayed in one of the heaven suites and had a wonderful private suite with amazing views.
The vibe and hospitality remains the same as when we first visited 11 years but the venue has been upgraded - still in keeping with the original character so brilliantly done.
We can’t wait to come back again - we had a wonderful special meal on the beach and ate here and drank here every night (why would you want to go anywhere else?!). Koh Phangan has changed considerably but fortunately for us Seaflower retains its original charm. Thank you!

We stayed here for 10 nights and could’ve stayed for months. Lovely family run hotel, customer service is second to none. Family who own the hotel are really friendly and welcoming, both parents and daughters. We stayed in a king pool side room. Was a massive room, bathroom was amazing and had a hammock on the terrace. The hotel is on an amazing beach, total bliss, really safe for swimming and sunsets are amazing. Hotel is in walking distance of main village where there’s loads of cafes/restaurants, good choices for vegans. Hotel has lovely BBQ on the beach every night and bar has a good vibe. Would highly recommend this place!
