I've read some mixed reviews on here but honestly it's a beach hut, & it is what it is. Cheap, clean, right on the beach. In typical Thai fashion the maintenance is lack lustre, however I'm here for the quiet pretty beach, so for us it's perfect. You can water taxi over to the shops etc for 100bht. Or if...

We stayed in the Thai Style House. Room was OK, air con with fan and mosquito net provided. The bathroom was very basic and we had a family of ants sharing with us. Expected as it's very much in a rural area. Unfortunately I was eaten alive at night and not sure by what as it defo wasn't mosquitoes. Didn't...

We've stayed for one week in the beachview cabine. Very beautifull beach, clean and relaxing. The hotel needs more attention. Bed in room was good. We missed good sitting opportunities. Old beach chairs and no umbrella's. Something that you need with this sun in Thailand. It was a nice stay because the surrounding is beautifull. But the hotel needs more...

I stayed at this "village" as a single traveler after being told that I would definitely be able to meet people and other backpackers here; this was not the case. However, I did enjoy my stay. The food of their restaurant was good; best spring rolls I have ever had. The staff was friendly enough, although they didn’t seem to...

Stayed 12 nights in a A/C Thai House. The overall impression of this place is that it is run down and in need of attention from the management as well as a lot of work in the details. The bungalows could be okay if painted, cleaned thoroughl. Especially the bathroom, where you find mould on the floor and on the...

Sad to see that this place has decayed so much. This was the third time that we live in one of the sea view huts. My son insisted that we should stay here again this year since he had so nice and good memories from before. We were very disappointed. The place bears strong signs of decay - grass mowed...

We reserved a room prior to arrival. Upon arrival, they said the room was not available and offered a lesser room (for the same price as the better room) + free breakfast. Obvious scam. There are no taxis in the area, which meant we had to lug around luggage searching for another place to stay. Beach looks to be too...

We were at the Thong Nai Pan Noi beach. It is at the opposite of the pier. Doable with scooter or go with a truck. The beach is superb there and you can almost call it a private beach. The bungalow was good, with airco. The shower was a bit primitive but still ok. A lot of space and cozy...

Its basic accommodation, I would recommend the AC bungalow as this was far more comfortable. However just take things in your stride and enjoy where this is, superb beach, excellent for families, great places to eat and the next beach is also the best on the island. You will grow to love this ideal and will want to come back...

We booked one night here based on the recent positive reviews. We are on an extended trip and have a budget, so we booked the cheapest option: fan bungalow with cold water. The bungalow was basically a lean-to or shanty. It was sloping down the hill about 20 degrees. There were big cracks in the concrete in the bathroom because...
