With what you describe I would rather take Panviman especially with kids and the proximity to the tiny village. Even if both hotels are very similar. But please check beforehand if Panviman has still the huge construction... More
With what you describe I would rather take Panviman especially with kids and the proximity to the tiny village. Even if both hotels are very similar. But please check beforehand if Panviman has still the huge construction going on close to the beach. I was in Dezember 2017 at Santhiya and met a lot of guests from Panviman complaining about the construction.
