These reviews make me laugh, people moaning about the weather and other visitors which has nothing to do with the resort! The staff were lovely, helpful, hardworking and do anything for you, took us to Haad yao for free and is only a 10 minute hilly walk away which was fine and haad yao had loads of restaurants on the...

Sunset Cove was recommended to us by some friends living in Thailand. The place is idyllic. It just looks like a postcard, with small bungalows, palm trees and a swimming pool right in front of the beach. The rooms are roomy and have all comfort (AC of course, terrace, hot water, very spacious shower, tv, dvd player...). There are computers...

We've travelled to Thailand many times but haven't been this island. We originally booked 10 nights in the resort with a view to moving on. The staff were so helpful and the location was perfect. We travelled around the island looking for our next venue but couldn't find anything to match it so stayed for longer. It's a good base...

We booked at sunset cove because of all those positive tripadvisor comments. after reading all the fantastic stories it might be that our expectations were too high. but we pay about 60 euros per night for a poolview/seaview bungalow. the room is not cleaned everyday, they do that every 3rd day. the childrens pool has no fresh water and therefor...

Sunset Cove is brilliant because it allows you to stay on the party island of Koh Phangan, whilst feeling like you are on the quiet beaches of a far more secluded paradise. There are literally too many wonderful things to list about this hotel in a review, but I will give you my top 5: -The staff are friendly and...

This place truely is beautiful. The staff are so friendly (we had to leave at 6am to get a ferry, and they packed us up a sandwich, a bottle of water and a banana, to bring with us, because we would miss breakfast). The sunsets are fantastic, have to be seen to be believed and the gardens are lush and...

We stayed at Sunset Cove for ten days and overall we were very happy. We'd read that you could hear noise from the neighbouring bungalows but we never heard anything. The setting is superb with an infinity pool that looks over the ocean. There are bicycles that you can use for free to explore the local area and dvd players...

Stayed in the cottage / standard room. Very much basic and no frills but ample for a decent week of island hangout with safe box, queen bed, fridge, DVD player TV and hot water shower provided. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Wonderful beachfront with nice sunset views. However, it was low tide season and the sea just out front...

My wife and I stayed here for several days in mid-December. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the perfect place if you are looking to relax by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. The service is top notch. The hosts are extremely gracious and accommodating. They drove us all over the place, gave us a tour of...
