This is an above average hotel with expensive price tag. We booked to stay in one of the hotel bungalow/hut with air condition. The room is spacious and clean, fridge with complimentary bottle of water, mini shower gel and shampoo. Furniture are old and dated. fittings hanging off the wall. A water tap outside to wash your feet if you...

Really enjoyed our stay in the Andaman Resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful including Gun who looked after us for breakfast and throughout the day. There were so many beautiful kittens around the resort, that are also looked after by the staff which we thought was lovely. The pool is one of the best ones I have been...

An average place to stay. Didn't feel like I was in Koh Phi Phi. Enjoyed the pool but little else. The front desk told us to be at reception at 11:30 am to catch our bus to the airport and when we got there said our ride was not available too 3:30. Asked to have our room back because of...

Great location, close to the beach and good pool. We were met at the pier and the guy was great carting our luggage and leading the way to the resort. Room needs a good clean, valance around bed would be better burnt than left on, shower was poor. Breakfast was included and was the worst we had in three weeks,...

You get what you pay for, the actual hotel is decent, in a good location within Phi Phi. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, was actually a wet room which isn't great, but the water wasn't hot. Maybe could have switched rooms but we were actually ill from a previous place (not on phi phi), so had limited energy to argue. Wifi...

Had our own little bungalow with a small terrace outside. Great place to spend a couple of days. Only a couple of steps down to a beach and within walking distance of everything. Resort has a pool you can use freely aswell if you don't fancy the beach. So close to restaurants, bars but also on the quieter side of...

We have spent 3 nights in this resort and it was definitely enough! The rooms just seems to be clean, but the real situation is terrible. The bath is full of mold and you can smell it everywhere in the room. The AC is really noisy and keeps you awake the whole night. The breakfast seems to be the rest...

Old, not neat and smelly hotel. If you like cockroaches in your room, then it is definately something for you. They are behind the old furnitures. Please stay away from this hotel. Should be disqualified as hotel. Really. Disgusting.

You know what this place wasn't all that bad (I thought) - the hotel room was clean, the sheets were clean and the towels were clean. We stayed on the second floor of the hotel rather than in the bungalows. The hotel has STEEP stairs. People were noisy, but that can't really be helped. You could get that anywhere in...

I booked this hotel judging by the pictures when I arrived at the island, as we needed somewhere to stay quickly. This looked lovely and quite luxurious based upon the photos, but the reality is a different story! We paid £2500 baht for one night and were told that it would be £2000 if we were to stay more. When...
