Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

P2 wood loft may have a boring name but the place is awesome. Modern, clean, well built rooms, quietly situated and of course within walking distance of everything because it's Phi Phi. We arrived quite early (around 10.30am) but the room was already available and the lovely lady at the reception (Asma) allowed us in straight away. There was free luggage storage and we were even allowed to shower at the hotel using a separate bathroom later in the day after having checked out of the room. Next time I go to Phi Phi I'll stay there again!

I really loved this hotel, the room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and pillows extremely soft.
There was WiFi, TV, Hairdryer, Air con and Kettle with coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
There was also a safety box too.
The shower room was large and plenty of free toiletries.
The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. A service with a smile literally.
The hotel does not have a pool but has hammocks on the 3rd floor which are lush as they face the sun trap.
No breakfast but the location of the hotel is superb as it is next to everything! From the beach to the bars or restaurants or shops. Really good location!
Overall, the price for the hotel is very reasonable and you should definitely consider this lovely hotel. I loved it.

Stayed here as a couple for two nights in Phi Phi. The hotel is clean and the rooms well air conditioned and modern. The location is central, surrounded by good bars and restaurants and is close to viewpoint access and the beach. Our only criticism of the hotel is they don’t accept card payments for anything and required a cash deposit on arrival neither of which was communicated to us at any point beforehand and in our view is highly important information the hotel should be notifying bookings of. This wouldn’t have changed our decision to stay but would have been nice to know beforehand.

This hotel has a lot of potential and is beautifully designed, great location and is pretty much brand new. I understand it’s covid time and there isn’t that many guests here but the quality of service and respect for guests shouldn’t be reduced. We both felt that some of the staff was unconcerned with our significant issue in our room. The AC compressor / condenser outside in 301 is very loud and vibrates violently when on. The whole wall and part of the room felt like it was shaking. It was impossible to sleep even with my earplugs. We had to turn our bed around to lessen the noise but still it was impossible to sleep for 4 nights. We told the front desk receptionist about this but the 2 staff that came to check on it said it was louder than normal and would move us to a lower class room for one night so we could sleep while they try to fix the next day. That room was quiet but it was moldy and smelly since water clearly leaked from the ceiling (big mold stain). I usually do not get allergies but it affected me all night. The next day they said they tried to fix the AC and it sounded a little better for a couple hours then it was back to the original loud low frequency sound. We told the lady receptionist and that future guests shouldn’t have to go through this and please fix it. She’s seemed unconcerned and did nothing. We paid through Agoda but they made a rude comment about how cheap we paid. Like since we got a good deal we were not worth pleasing and we didn’t deserve fair customer service! There definitely was an attitude against me and she never smiled at me. Never said hello to me during our 4 night stay or said goodbye at the end. Never asked about how our day went or if we needed anything. Just wanted us to leave and not handle the no sleep for 4 nights! We couldn’t wait to leave and get rest somewhere else. Also the hot water goes on and off so when you shower get ready for scalding got water then cold water every 10 seconds. The sink and toilet leaked water on the floor all the time so your feet and lower clothing’s will get wet when using the toilet. Many of these issues are easy fixes but the staff could care less. Again all easy fixes but the poorly trained receptionist doesn’t care. The owner should be ashamed and be aware of the rooms here. I’m writing this review a week after we stayed so I can cool down about it but we are still very mad and recovering from the sleep deprivation.

We booked two nights here initially but our travel plans changed. When I requested a refund on booking.com, the hotel never responded to any of my messages. Instead I had to call them, and when I did so the front desk was extremely unhelpful and refused to refund even one of our two nights even though we were giving advance notice and the hotel will clearly fill our room since it’s already close to fully booked and it’s high season. Glad we didn’t end up staying here due to the reviews on distasteful smells and bugs, but in the end the poor customer service soured my interaction with them completely.

One I the worst, if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
It is nothing short of a glorified hostel.

To say the room is basic is an understatement. Severely lacs space to lay your belongings out. 1 coat hanger for your clothes.
Tray with mugs was swimming with liquid when we arrived. Disgusting. No hot in room. Music blared into early hours.

Stupidly made the mistake of putting our laundry in to get washed. Came back with items missing. When I initially reported this, the guy at desk. He laughed. If staff had paid more attention rather than sitting around smoking weed this might not have happened.

We hated our stay so much we checked out 2 days early asked fir a refund but they wouldn't give us anything.

Loved P2 Wood Loft and the staff's hospitality. The room was sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. The room, although small, has a luxurious feel to it. The pillows and linen are super comfy. The hotel is located right in the middle of town, 2 min from the beach. It's a perfect place to stay at. Great value for money.

Window facing next building which only couple meters away. LOL super cheap place. They even water down the shampoo. WiFi was so slow, my partner need go to next hotel lobby for better speed. I think this place is overrated. My third hotels on koh phi phi. Bad experience.

Very pleasant stay, hotel is well located for both Ton Sai Pier and Loh Dalam Bay. Ever though the hotel is well located in the centre of town it is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. We upgraded to the deluxe room and it was MASSIVE. staff were very helpful. We would stay again
