Everyone's reviews are correct, the woman at reception must have all of YouTube covered. We checked in and sat around waiting, I thought we weren't allowed to our rooms yet, but the staff just hadn't showed us to them or told us we can actually go up. Not very polite or friendly either. The room was standard, clean. The only...

It is the one of the closest place to the pier. We stayed in a three person bedroom and it was spacious for three people, both the room and the toilet. Water pressure is good. Even though it is pretty much on one of the main alleys it is not as noisy as you'd think, rather the area around it...

Bare basic room, with some stains on the bed sheet, aged walls, creaking wardrobe and old pipes. Room ventilation was poor and it feels like the smell of wet clothes from previous occupants is trapped in the room. Bathroom is small - shower is over the toilet and the toilet paper, the shower pipe length was also short and restrictive,...

The room was tiny, the bathroom could barely fit a sink/toilet/shower in, so much so the shower was basically over the top of the toilet meaning everything in the bathroom got soaked when having a shower. The shower was cracked spraying water in different directions, the sink was cracked, and there was a horrible smell when turning the shower on....

Its all about why have you come to phi phi…. If its for the ambience, to relax and chill out stay away from this hotel. But if you are looking for a cheap, simple, convenient place right next to the pier and are willing to compromise on quality for convenience I would suggest you stay here. The room is quite...

Small rooms, you cant even move, unfriendly staff! I would not reccomend you book this hotel. They can speak english but when we decieded not to extend one more night they were really unfriendly, for 900bath you can easily get nicer room/hotel on an island!

It's a reasonable option if you 1) want to be within walking distance of the wharf and non-party town centre 2) want quiet at night 3) are going to be out a lot and don't care about view/garden/pool. Note there's no real beach near the port, just services. The room was clean an comfortable, and includes safety box. It may...

Yes location is good, next to the pier. So no walking around with heavy bags. If you staying inly one or two nights its ok. But the bed is terrible. Internet stops working at night. And its not good. The room I stayed in was very small. The bathroom was tinny but ok.

A perfect hotel room for what we needed. Great location, 30 seconds from the pier where you arrive on the island, and 5 minute walk to the beaches - very convenient. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean and what we expected for the price. The staff were friendly, even let us leave our bags for the day on check...
