the staff does it's best to be quick and pleasant, but the food is not so great. we've tried the fied calamari, onion rings, spring rolls, shrimps ...everything was drippig oil. the only decent serving was the beef burger. they asked 1300 thb for a 400 g (alive) lobster...that is way too much for Thailand, in a local restaurant/market I...

We had a fabulous time at Chaokoh Phi Phi! The newly refurbished hotel was extra clean and comfortable. The staff were mega helpful and always with a smile (which neither of these can be said about the Viking resort we staid at a few days before). We staid at deluxe sea view room. It was really spacious and room was...

Upon arriving phi phi we decided to have dinner. on the beach. May i say the waiter was a girl who was extremely rude and nasty. She never decided to even look us in the eye and even when we asked for manager she said no manager and got even worst. For American folks, the American rice is not American....

On check in I was told I was been upgraded to a deluxe room, what a disappointed. The room was grubby, showing it's age. The AC unit was so loud. The room was not cleaned during my visit. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The only positive is the location only a few mins walk from the ferry...

As it was a last minute booking, I chose it due to it having available rooms and being cheap. The room is okay, nice comfy beds, nice shower. The staff is very helpful and nice, and the location is pretty good if you want to be in the center of it all. One thing that really upset me is that...

It's a good hotel, and we payed basically nothing. We had a room in the old part of the hotel. It had an air con, fridge with some minibar options which was our conditions. Semi clean, no table, and the door didn't close if you didn't lock it. A lot of mosquitos because the door didn't go all the way...

We had a nice big room, looked very new, with a huge and good bed. Air-conditioning was centered in the ceiling and worked perfectly. Although this hotel is in the center of and near the pier of Koh Phi Phi the rooms were very quiet. Personnel at the reception was friendly and helpful. Just don't eat in the restaurant!

We stayed here for 6 nights, originally 4 but we payed more to stay longer. The resort has numerous really old lodges but at the back they have built a brand new hotel with lovely modern rooms. Good: Fantastic huge rooms, brand new decor, super fast wifi, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Great location a small 5 min walk from...

It's a decent stay. The rooms are peaceful and secluded. But there is a mosquito problem. The amenities are limited and the staff is hard to catch hold of. The good thing is that you can get discounted prices for the stay.
