Ive stayed at this resort a couple of times! The apartments are basic but very clean, reasonably sized and with aircon. The staff are very helpful! For me it’s the perfect location as it’s right between Sairee Beach Mae Hat! Also, really good views if you pick the right apartment! plus they’ve recently got a pool with is a great addition.

Maybe this place has seen its better days, but it was still a good place to stay. The staff was really nice and helpful, and the hotel is in excellent location: 2 min walk to Sairee beach and about 7 min to Mae Haad. Our room had working fan but no hot water since we didn't pay for it (c'mon, who needs hot water in 33 degrees celsius). Old tv was there but we didn't test it because there were other things to do than watching tv. New towels everyday. If you want a cheap place to sleep and keep your stuff somewhere and you don't mind the slightly worn out exterior look and some dangling wallpapers, this could be for you.

Me and my partner had 3 nights booked here, we booked a double private room and was taken to a single room, after telling them this wasn’t what we paid for they took us to a double room. This room was disgusting, there was bugs running ALL over the bed, under the mattress on the floor and in the bathroom, the door didn’t shut properly, the fan was hanging from the ceiling and could of easily fallen off at any point. We asked to change to another room once again, we were walked around their whole resort and every room we went to was in the same horrendous standard. I eventually asked for a refund because they way it is advertised online is nothing like the real thing and I said I would upload the video of the bed bugs to this site. They then gave me a refund but wouldn’t give me the key deposit back, so I wouldn’t give them the key back until I had my money in full! IT GETS WORSE... They took my parters bag which had his passport and money in, they were pretending that they didn’t have it but they magically found it after I said I would call the police (who are just up the road from the resort). After my partner checked he had all his money and passport we finally left. All in all, we didn’t stay 1 night! The place need shutting down, and I would recommend staying at other hostels/hotels because they are MUCH nicer than this place. The photos I’ve attached are of some of the bugs on the bed, as it doesn’t give my the option to upload the video of them running around on and underneath the mattress.

We are currently staying in this horrifying hotel, as we have booked 4 nights to relax in the beautiful koh Tao. This hotel is so bad that me and my partner have had to book a new hotel for the next 3 nights as we can not stay in this prison cell for more than 1 night, we also get no refund after the payment is paid due to there ridiculous policies, and there health and safety is so bad your frightened to enter the room, here's just a list of everything: -We have 1 fan in the room even though they advatised air conditioning. -The rooms air conditioning is actually broke and can't be used. -Funnily enough there is a 3rd fan hanging from the ceiling, which is broke, which is hanging on by a thread. -The access door to the room doesn't completely shut. -The curtains only cover half the windows and isn't exactly private. -The Shower wasn't attached to the wall, and also had no hot water at all, it was so cold my balls turned blue. -T.V simply doesn't work -The plugs sockets all spark when you put any plugs in, so I could get electrocuted, and die. -Ants must have a little home in here somewhere because there free-roamig everywhere. -The pillows are like house bricks. -The Safe in the room also doesn't work and is also broke on the floor in the corner of the room. I really could go on forever but my fingers are starting to hurt. I warn you all to stay away from the place, I rate it 0 star. It has literally been like a prison cell experience, and I can't wait to get away tomorrow to another hotel. THIS IS A JOKE, keep the money and maybe put it into the hotel, instead of making people suffer. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.

managed 1 night in this hotel, advertise as air conditioning but we only received 1 working fan. The room was hotter then outside and our bathroom had a leaking sink and a shower that wasn’t even attached to the wall which only produced cold water. Would not recommend.

When myself and my boyfriend arrived we thought the exterior looked a bit run down and incomplete but as soon as we went into the reception we were greeted by very friendly staff who are eager to help! The pool is In a nice location near the sea which has steps down to it (can't really get in for a swim but nice to sit on the rocks and swimming beach is a small walk). I seen a review saying the pool isn't too clean which is true but if you're not fussy it won't be a problem, some pool side chairs would be nice. The rooms are very basic and a look a bit grubby but they are actually kept clean with fresh towels every morning. We wouldn't be impressed if we payed the price we payed for here on a different island but we could not find much cheaper for koh tao.

We stayed here for 5 nights as it was right next to the diving school we were doing a course at. It was cheaper to stay here than the accommodation offered by the dive school. When we booked it we knew it was only a fan room and no hot water available. The water didn’t bother us and it was so hot all of the days we stayed here so a cold shower was nice to cool off in. The bed was comfy but the pillows were rock hard. However it was clean and we were provided with towels which were changed daily which is something most hotels do no offer. The workers were friendly and the ensuit was basic.

The "beach" is a joke and the pool is ok, though it has only three( yes 3) chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful but the rooms are old and very dirty. Bathroom smelled bad too. Not going back, I wouldn't recommend it

You have better places to stay in Koh Tao for the same price so please don´t go to this "Resort"! Dirty blankets, towels, toilet..and really old furniture. The "really young girl" of the recepction couldn´t be more unfriendly! Avoid this hostel even if it is near to the beach!!!

I was in Bangkok sharing room with 8 people, in Chiang mai in the middle of the jungle, and when in got to Ko Tao trying to relax the last days of my trip, I find this "resort" and it was the most expensive and the worst place I've ever been. Dirty, old, towels that seems wood, cracked roof with some tapes of paper, bugs coming from every corner of the room, not hot water (even after we asked for it). Please go away from this place or it'll ruin your holidays.
