To start off with I understand koh tao is a remote island so I gave the poor reviews I read before I left little regard. But after staying in 5 hotels prior to this one 3 in phuket/patong and one in Koh samui all which were above average and half the price I paid for dusit buncha. I wanted to...

I visited Dusit Buncha during their renovation. We stayed in the new building for 2 nights. View from room is beautiful but some parts of the building such as pool are still under construction. The hotel facilities are amazing.

This hotel is located at the north end of the main road that runs parallel to Sairee beach. As a result it's actually not on the beach itself and only has a rocky snorkelling spot near it. It's also isolated from any other restaurants or attractions so it will inevitably lead you to take a taxi everywhere, which can be...

While having a meal or just a drink in the restaurant, you can enjoy one of the most amazing views from this island. I couldn't go to Nang Yaun island due to the bad weather but from here I had the best view to that little island

Upon arriving at the pier, taxis didn't want to drop us to our hotel, we couldn't understand why, the taxis that would, wanted 400baht minimum (aprox £9/ $18au) wether it was 1 minute or 10 minutes away from the hotel, the reasons is because the hotel is at th3 furthest point on the stretch & newly layed road. The road...

You wouldn't want to cycle here from the pier unless doing the tour de France. But it's worth it as this eco village is a labyrinth of different styles of rooms with fantastic sunset views over the Bay. You can climb down to the rock pools and snorkel with the most friendly fish.

The hotel was great apart from the long and steep walks. But we were charged for drinking the free water and then made out to be liars by the very rude staff. They insisted that we had made the mistake and made us out be liars in front of everyone at reception. Pha, the front house manager was very very...

Absolutely beautiful place. Our room was very clean, air con was the best, and had a beautiful view of the pool and of the ocean. Great service for getting to Sairee every day and the staff couldn't do enough for us. My only problem was the prices. Everything was almost double the prices in Sairee, because you are quite stranded...

My partner and i stayed here for 5 nights during our 2 week stay on Koh Tao. We'd previously visited for snorkelling and really enjoyed the tranquility offered here. Our room was extremely spacious and offered a partial Seaview, we opted to stay a bungalow as opposed to the newly built hotel, which also looked nice. Breakfast was amazing, particularly...

We didn't stay here (thank goodness) but we're driving around the island and came to this spot, which we had heard was free. It was not. They charged us 100 baht each just to go in!! They said we could have a 'complimentary' drink.. It's not exactly complimentary when you pay 100 baht for a water. There were 4 staff...
