Janine was very kind and useful, she really puts a lot of effort and love into what she is doing. House has an amazing view and full privacy. You can hear and feel nature everywhere around you, all in all, great value for money, I would strongly recommend this place.

Lovely hosts and staff. Amazing view, secluded and tranquil location, you can enjoy your privacy. Provided other guests are considerate to others then it is heaven for peace and quiet lovers. You're surrounded by lush green trees so expect to see and hear other inhabitants of the location - except annoying ants, all of them are a great bonus to the place:) We have stayed in the Rocks Villas for a month, so got used to really steep driveway and then a steep walk to the villa (we had the upper villa), but if you don't feel comfortable with riding a bike than better get in shape before your trip:) Downsides - not even worth mentioning:)

Out of all the lovely villas we booked on our month long trip between Koh Phangan, Koh Samui and Koh Tao this villa ended up as our favourite. Set up above with an amazing view this villa offers complete privacy and just the nicest vibe. The deck is beautiful with its Thai style wood beams. Easy scooter rental access on the way up to the villa. Our hosts gave us so many recommendations as to what beaches to go to and what restaurants to eat at we feel we made the most out of our 3 nights. We wished we had had more time here as it is a very special place.

Really lovely stay for my boyfriend’s 30th. Very welcoming staff who gave great communication and were always happy to help. The villa was by far my favourite place I have stayed so far it was beautiful. The view was amazing and I loved the sounds of the birds it really felt like a magical experience. Could not recommend this place enough. We also had a taxi driver which welcomed us at the pier arranged by the villa team who we were able to WhatsApp during our stay in Koh Tao whenever we needed. Will miss this place and wish we spent longer there as it was very special.

We felt like home in our cozy villa. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and very quiet at the same time. We especially loved the pool and the garden. The service was great, janine and her team supported us with everything we needed. we definitely will come back.

Spacious and well appointed Bungalows with the best view in Koh Tao!
Tucked away in a tropical jungle (it was even hard to find) makes these villas incredibly quiet, peaceful and truly magical! The infinity-edge pool was the icing on the cake and I take full credit for finding such a gem amongst a myriad of accom on KT!

We loved our stay. The place was magical and the host was so sweet and helpful. We had fruit bats flying outside and a view to die for. The place was simple and beautiful. We snorkeled with black-tipped sharks and rented scooters. The island was small enough to get around easily. We would love to go back!

We had a lovely stay at the rock villa. The apartment is located on a small hill which provides wonderful views overlooking the sea. We stayed four days and enjoyed every second of it. Thank you for hosting us.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this accomodation! The view is incredible, everything was clean, a very good service had been offered and the communication couldn’t have been easier. The hosts are super lovely and can be contacted all day long. All in all we can definitely recommend this Airbnb! However, the way up the hills is crazy, you should be very careful 😁

We stayed at The Rocks Villas for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The villas are very spacious, beautifully equipped and super clean! Waking up with this stunning view, lying in your hammock and sipping Nespresso Coffee. Cannot ask for anything else! The Manager Verenia is always here for you if you need anything and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely come back and if you are looking for an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay in Koh Tao!

The beach is about a 15 minute walk , the villas are secluded in the hills, which are quite steep, you walk down to the road cross and then walk through some other villas on a sandy path then you get to Sairee Beach . The other beaches are really a taxi ride away or hire a scooter (which we did) and go exploring.

Hi,
I recommend to fly to Koh Samui Airport (USM) and from there take the ferry to Koh Tao. I recommend either the Lomprayah Catamaran (departs 8:00, 12:30 and 17:00) or the Seatran Discovery Ferry (departs 8:00, 13:30 and 16:30). They both take about 2 hours to get to Koh Tao.
