I've never felt compelled to write a review before but I was totally disheartened by the rudeness of the staff here after being so excited to visit Koh Tao for a dive trip. They barely look at you when communicating and were incredibly rude. It's a shame because although basic the accomodation is beach front and has so much potential.... More

This is such an amazing place the beach is right on the doorstep it's stunning. The rooms are very basic which is fine but they need to be cleaned properly the bathroom had not been cleaned it needs a good scrub there is also mould in there. This would be a 5 star place if they would clean the rooms... More

The most unfriendly staff we have seen in Thailand. So much so that we decided to check out the next day, and if course they wouldn't return us the money for the second night. The bag itself is nice but very shallow this time of year (beginning if May). Impossible to swim. Also, the other corner of the beach is... More

It's a good place. We been there a week ago and we paid $1100 b x night. It could be cheaper, because it's not luxury at all and it doesn't have room service. Also it doesn't have breakfast but you can have a good one for $150 b x person. The worst thing is that the beach is not steep... More

We liked the look of this place to eat as it is in a great location so we asked for the price of the red snapper and were told we sell by weight which is a bit unusual for Thailand,we said ok how much for the snapper came in at (normal sort of size) and wait for it ....they wanted... More

Visitied November 2015 The Bungalows are quite nice, but very dirty. We visitied in the off Season which might be one of the reasons. But the Floors and the Bathroom was definitely uncleaned and the Bed was also not clean. We ended up sleeping on Towels with our own blanket. The Location of the Resort is quite nice, and for... Good wifi, nice location on the beach, nice garden area, near to dive companies, bars and restaurants. No one emptied our bins in the 6nights that we stayed here (despite the island having a sewerage system which requires that you put toilet tissue in the bin) Every time that we visited the reception area/shop it seemed unfriendly, only desperate to... Resort might be a stretch. Bungalows in courtyard right off the beach is more accurate. Fan and air con available. A fan room was fine in early October. Very basic accommodations but you can't beat the price for being right on the beach. Each room has a porch and you can hear waves crashing from your room. The room smelled... More

“Not a tip about the room, but if you need any tickets or advice about travel plans, we strongly reccomend the girl at Namhasin travel. She speaks very good English and is very competent. It's on the "main road", about a 5 minute walk from the Seven 11, walking away from the sea, on the corner of the road to Shark Bay.”
