Our resort is located in Chalok Baan Khao just 5 minutes drive from the Mae Haad piers. We provide free collection from the pier upon arrival at check in, please provide arrival details in advance for this service. Guests are welcomed by a friendly and professional team, that will ensure you have the best possible stay. The resort is sympathetically built into the natural surroundings set within two acres of coconut palms, tropical gardens and a resort swimming pool. Guests may choose from our selection of Villas, Apartments and Superior double rooms. The resort is conveniently just a 2 minute walk away from local amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, ATM's, dive shops, clothes shops etc. The nearest beach Chalok Bay is just 5 minutes walk from the resort, where guests will find idyllic beach front cafes, restaurants, kayaking and snorkelling.

I had an excellent stay at Woodlawn Lawn Villas, it was just as advertised and more. Friendly and helpful staff. The resort is in a good location within a short walk to local shops and beach, or scooter ride to the pier and alternative beaches. Koh Tao is only a small island so anywhere is only a short scooter ride away. Wood Lawn Villas rent scooter for 200 bhat which is very reasonable. I would highly recommend 😎

I wouldn't stay here again. Pros: + the room is spacious + the palm tree view is nice + the housekeeping of the room is done well Cons: - The water coming out of the bidet smells like rotten eggs - The Garden Suites is far from the pool - The bumpy road to get to this property is difficult to drive - The AC in room 203 is working at 50% and can get very warm during the day even when the AC is on - The wifi is not that good

+ beautiful view to the palms - bumpy road to get in with a scooter - tv did not work - toilet seat was about to come off - water was cold 50% of the time - air conditioning is very loud We complained about the above via email and didn’t receive an answer. When we ordered a shuttle on the same email address they instantly answered. Room 202 not recommended.

Loves this place so much we booked extra nights on Room was cleaned and amenities replaced every day, gorgeous resort, big pool, really comfy beds. There are shops and restaurants near by but I would suggest a bike otherwise the walk into Sairee is very long but only 10 mins on a bike! The hotel rent bikes out and it is very reasonably priced. The hotel also offered a transfer to and from the hotel to the port for free. Great stay Thankyou so much we will be back such value for money !!

sometimes I found the mattresses in Thai hotels just too hard. that's definitely a matter of taste. but here in this hotel I slept like at home. there were even two pillows of different firmness. what more do you want. attentive service. Cleanliness great! if something was missing, it was also brought in the evening. always friendly with a smile. quiet location, great pool. we enjoyed the time! Price, performance also fits. I'll definitely be back.

Lovely setting, very lush and green. Close to shops but set back from the road. Family bungalow very spacious. Fairly basic but had everything we needed. Things are just opening back up after a couple of rough years from covid, they are making a real effort to repaint and freshen everything up. Lovely relaxing pool area. Friendly staff.

recommended budget hotel surrounded by the green in a strategic position in koh tao island. very good value for money. nice starting point to enjoy your holiday. take the villas for extra space - but also standard room has plenty of space.

We paid £16 a night to stay here and it was great value for money . Basic room with small balcony and a lovely pool. Good air con and quiet at night - we slept very well. Anything we raised - door and safe- were dealt with very quickly . Some restaurants within walking distance with good food. Great value and would have liked to extend our stay but it was booked up.
