Welcome to The Beach Club, Koh Tao. We offer a traditional Thai-style resort directly on the sand of Mae Haad Beach. With over 50m of beach directly in front of the resort, The Beach Club is the perfect choice for your Tropical Island Experience. Peaceful, beautiful and a just a touch exotic! Step out from your bungalow and enjoy a cold drink at our beachfront bar, snorkel amongst the coral or treat yourself to one of the many spa treatments at the Regal Spa, located just next door at our partner resort, Koh Tao Regal. Our beachfront rooms and bungalows are fully air-conditioned and available as Twins and Doubles. Each room has a balcony / terrace, en-suite bathroom with hot water and small refrigerator. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort. We also offer exclusive rooms with private swimming pool, the ultimate in traditional, Thai-style luxury accommodation. Thailand is famous for it's food. Here on the island we are no different and we have the added bonus of the freshest seafood anywhere in the country. Our local chefs can prepare your meal any way you wish. "Out of the sea, on to your plate." Alongside our traditional menu of traditional specialities and western favourties, you can also choose from fresh fish, crab or squid to go with any of our cold beers and cocktails available at the resort. Golden sandy beaches, secluded bays, and a scuba diving paradise, Koh Tao is one of Southern Thailand's true tropical island escapes. "Turtle Island" has become a popular alternative to the neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Samui which have all the tourist trappings of too much development. Whether you're an adventure seeker looking to scuba dive or more of a "land lubber" just looking to top up your sun tan, Koh Tao offers the best of both worlds.

Basic but clean rooms in a quiet location at night. A bit noisy during the day as their is a school located about 70 meters away and they use the loudspeaker a lot during the day.
Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice pool to relax in. The beach is about 30 meters walk from reception, nice sand and gently sloping into the sea.
My wife claims the male masseur in their spa is by far the best she has had in 8 weeks and the only one to have releaved her back and neck muscles in a single visit.

We wanted a hotel that was close enough to Sairee but without all the noise from bars and clubs and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Excellent location, right on a lovely stretch of beach, good size room, comfy bed, friendly staff, massive pool and walking distance to Sairee and the pier. We had a first floor pool view room which was easy to access up a flight of stairs and had a nice balcony which we enjoyed an after dinner drink on. The ‘pool access’ rooms are on the ground floor.
Only negative was the weak wifi, but if you were at reception it was ok.
Highly recommend this hotel if you want the atmosphere of Sairee but not all the evening music noise!

We had a lovely 5 night stay on Koh Tao and decided on the Beachclub as it was close to all the main restaurants etc both in Mae Head and Saree beach. We had 2 adjacent beach side rooms which were also next to the pool. Direct beach access was lovely although being at the end of the beach near some rocks the water seemed to be a bit murkier than elsewhere and collected a lot of rubbish. Further round on Saree beach the water was much clearer though this might have just been while we there. Rooms were fairly basic but had fridge, aircon etc and were perfect for the price. The adjacent hotel offered breakfast but we prefered to walk to the In Touch resort and restaurant for most of our meals.

We arrived at 12 and left at 2 after seeing our rooms and surrounding areas.
The pool area is damaged, broken tiles and sharp edges and there’s no shallow end if you have children.
The rooms are old and worn, the surrounding areas need a good clean and the toilet areas are dirty, the toilet seats need replacing as they have old brown stains on them.
The pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned inside or out, we asked for some towels while we waited by the pool which never came, I went back to reception to ask if we could have them and there was a sign saying back in 30 mins with no other staff around.
We asked for a refund which the lady said was not a problem and then we were charged 300bht from the hotel taxi which took us 5 minutes down the road.
Would not recommend!!!!!

We had a room on the beach, so the view was amazing to see. The room is big and clean, and breakfast is very good and diverse. The staff was really nice and helpful - every day they gave us new bottles of water and towels.

When we first arrived we were given the room which we booked upstairs overlooking the pool, this was a room that would have had a lower review as it was very simple basic and tired. After saying that it had what you needed really hot water, good air con fridge kettle and comfy bed.
We decided to upgrade and stay on the beach bungalows, which was like chalk and cheese
The room was brilliant, waking up to the sound of the waves , sunbed 2second walk from terrace, hot water the hottest we had in Thailand
The resort is centrally located on quiet end of beach , lot of boats , 5 mins to left got pier and lots of traditional food, coffee, atm nice cheap bars overlooking sea and boats coming and going, ten mins over the small hill and you are in Sariee beach with all there more western vibe cafes and bars.
For us it’s perfectly located
Staff helpful asked for extra pillows, scooter nothing too much trouble.
No inside restaurant or cafe but that no issue with all choices
Regal next door has cheap drinks and coconuts if want to chill on beach , we didn’t eat there
Pier transfers were great and coincided with the ferry times
We extended our stay ending up being there a week
If you want more fancy resorts with pristine beaches stay elsewhere
But this is perfect for our needs
A hidden gem in Koh Tao
Which by the way is very busy right now

This place meets all our needs, perfect location for us, big pool, the beach feels very private and only few steps from the resort. The staff are more than service minded, they will try to attend your needs in everyway they can. We started with 2 nights, ended up 2 weeks here. When the weather is not so nice, we get to enjoy our time in the pool side as it is almost always warm. This place is more than value for the money.
Guest who gives this place 1 star without experiencing the place for real should not be allowed to give reviews at all as the comments are bias. Maybe the bathroom is not so shiny new anymore, but the fact that thailand is coming out from pandemic crisis its a thing we all need to understand and be considerate about it.
Will definitely come back here. We fell in love in Koh Tao and this place came along with.
P.s What a place for enjoying sunset.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Accommodation contacted us a couple days before with information about arriving on Koh Tao and also informed us that we could be collected from pier, this was very handy as we were 2 couples with luggage however, the resort is also only 5 lovely minutes walk along the beach. You can rent bikes, get laundry done and buy ferry tickets from the reception which was great and very convenient.

A family run resort with very welcoming and helpful staff. Both my husband and I highly recommend the massage offered by Jen and her son Sam in the Koh Tao Beach club facility, John and I had two excellent massages there. I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain and asked Sam for a back, neck and shoulder massage which helped considerably. John had a gentle Thai body massage from Jen who also helped alleviate a painful hip joint, and we were so impressed we returned for another session with them both three days later. They both have a professional approach and are are obviously knowledgeable in therapeutic massage for people with problems or pain. They were easily the best in 8 weeks of travel and around 10 massages.

Nice place to stay would stay again

Location is smack in between the pier and sairee Beach so a nice short walk to everything.

Restaurant good is delicious and very cheap, while there are all the water sports gear available to borrow if needed.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
