This is a minimalist loft style boutique hotel that provide a countryside ambience and not far from the city. By walking around the place, ones may see a horse, a Husky dog, and a small cafe that make a good coffee and delicious bakery (mainly croissant). 1. The room was clean, comfort and spacious. Every facilities functioned properly. 2. A nice-designed bathroom. 3. Good breakfast. When check in, staff will ask customers to choose a breakfast set. There were 2 options, Thai set = grilled pork with sticky rice, American set = sliced bread with fried egg, ham and sausage. Every sets were served with yogurt. Overall, this lovely hotel is a great place to spend a night. Recommend.

They only have a few rooms in this stylish, Scandinavian-style hotel but it is worth seeking them out. The rooms are simple but stylish, in keeping with the design of the hotel, and overlook a large green area of grass and trees, and the sound of birdsong. Because it’s so small you must make your choice the night before from three breakfast menus, but these are delicious. If you are still hungry the adjacent cafe opens at 9am and specializes in authentic croissants, baked on the premises, and excellent coffee. Be warned it is also a magnet for Instagrammers. There is a friendly husky dog in attendance, horses kept in the rear, and an all-round chilled, garden ambience. For the very reasonable room rates this is excellent value. It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near the Wang River, but be warned it is some way from the city centre, so challenging if you don’t have your own transport.

Great little hotel offering excellent service, peace & quiet and surprisingly excellent breakfast. The rooms are simple, but spacious and have massive bathrooms with hot water, the air conditioner is super cold if that’s what you like. Plenty of parking on the side of the hotel as well. I liked the decor, modern and rustic in a great way...very comfortable. Last but not least is the resident Husky! He’s a great dog!

Despite location being in residential area with no restuarants, the hotel itself has a cafe with good coffee. The room is modern and comfortable with large bathroom. The breakfast small but adequate. Staff polite and nice. There are horses and cute chickens too!! I wish there would be more cosy outdoor corners considering the land size.

The room is just like the pictures. The furniture is made out of birch wood so it has a handmade ikea feel to it. There bathroom has a glass wall which looks out to the bed which has the roof to floor glass window, there is a curtain that could be used to be more private but when drawn makes the shower feel small. The metal holding the glass is a bit rusted near the shower area, and there is a shower curtain that separates the toilet and the shower. There is free unlimited filtered water available. There is not someone on the premise 24 hours a day, but the staff is very friendly in the day time. They seem to wash the laundry themselves. There are locals who come for the coffee shop in the daytime. This hotel is located in the middle of the residential area, but has lots of parking.

Karpenter Lampang offers a refreshing take on the usual hotel accommodations. The whole floor of the boutique hotel is beautifully decorated with wooden fixtures. I like the way they added plants on the lounge that add a cooling vibe. Rooms are astounding! I stayed in the Clamp Room and the minimalist interior design gives a light and relaxing atmosphere. It is also important to mention the super soft beds and pillows! One of the best bed facilities I've tried on my 3-month trip in Southeast Asia. The owners are very friendly and can give suggestions on places to see in Lampang as well as food to try. Don't forget to try Khao Soi! The hotel is less than 2 kilometers from the city center and they can call a songtheaw (taxi) for you. They serve breakfast every morning!

This boutique hotel with only a few rooms can be recommended 100 %. It is not in the center of Lampang, but therefore it is quiet and cosy. The young owner is extremely friendly and helpful, so is his girlfriend. We stayed one night at Villa Rassada close to the center, but we were so disapointed, that we decided to change the location. And that was the best decision on this trip to Lampang! The room we had was very big, and very modern. No need to say, that everything was very clean and new. Nice shower, nice TV, fabulous bed, and a good feeling included. Next time I go to lampang, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again!
