Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed for 3 nights and wasn't impressed with Chita. Our 2 person room was small, with probably only a foot of space on either side of the bed, and though it felt a bit shabby, it was adequate. The bathroom, however, was horrible. The shower had only cold water and the drain was blocked so that by the time I was halfway through my shower a pool of water had collected at my feet, filled with previous guests' hair and dead insects. Suffice to say the whole toilet area was dirty. The rooms are accessed through an open alleyway that runs alongside the coffee shop, and other than your room door with a standard door knob and a push in lock there isn't anything to make you feel secure. I couldn't wait to leave Chita.

We didn't stay in the guest house but had lovingly made coffee that tasted great. Easy, comfortable surroundings, informal layout of tables and chairs, relaxed atmosphere and open during the market. Coffee came with a complimentary cup of tea

Stayed here 3 nights before moving on to another place in Lampang. No big problems with Chita, it just didn't do anything for me. Double room with private bathroom for 350baht a night... no breakfast. Toilet area could do with a clean but I find the toilets of.many guesthouses in Thailand are of bad standard.

A nice little coffee shop at the walking street in Lampang. I just had a good cappuccino. They have many different kind of coffee and tea. Prices are ok even if you can find lower priced places on the same street. I'm sitting outside and doing some people watching.

The wifi didn't work a long time and there were some small ants in our room. Otherwise I would have rated 5/5. Stylish house, clean and cheap, staff was friendly. The location is perfect, on Sundays there's a cool and cheap night bazaar right in front. Would visit again :)
