Room # 207 ~ 1 x Night Stay ~ Booked via Agoda Our 2nd stay here but sadly NOT SO GREAT this time. The toilet in our room was blocked - flowing away really really slowly not good for #2's!! I fell asleep but was woken up by a party which the staff turned a bling eye to going on in the open outside Courtyard which EVERY ROOM looks out onto. The party with Karoke and much signing and Alcohol went on till MIDNIGHT!!! We WILL NOT BE BACK....

Location/ about a 10–15-minute walk into town along a promenade on the banks of the Mekong or there is generally a tuk-tuk waiting outside the front of the hotel Room/ was comfortable enough with a fridge, safe and bathroom with walk-in shower but lacked finishing touches and attention to detail. Safe wasn’t working initially but soon rectified, only one chair on balcony for 2 people, bathroom door difficult to close, one key card for 2 people, house keeping not great, screws sticking out of walls etc etc Breakfast/ the best thing at this hotel is the food. Excellent buffet breakfast with really friendly service, served 6.30am to 10am, always plenty of it enjoyed either in the very nice breakfast room or outside on a terrace. Egg station cooking eggs to order 4 different ways. General/ lots of secure off-road parking down the side of the hotel and behind. The rooms are in 2 separate blocks adjacent to each other with pool containing fish and seating area between them. Check out the Sky bar on top of one of the 2 blocks. Opens at 3pm and serves good selection of food at reasonable prices with great views over the town, the Mekong and into Laos beyond, great for sunsets. Would I stay here again? Yes, due to location, breakfast and Sky bar

Nice Hotel. Loved the Sky bar great views when the sun is setting Decent Breakfast good selection nice to eat breakfast outside next to the lovely Koi fish pond. No porter service but there are lifts so no problem. Bit of a walk into town but there is normally a tuk tuk waiting outside the hotel. Nice massage shop turn left outside the hotel first one you come to. Also a good market right behind the hotel. Food and drinks in the sky bar are also very reasonable prices. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff and well catered for. Room was comfortable and clean with all amenities. Great Sky restaurant & bar, the food was magnificent. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food for both Thai and foreign guests. Centrally located to the river and town with the Friendship Bridge to Laos close by.

The room is good size (for couple)and clean The location is not far from the boarder bridge to Laos. No information about free Wi-Fi is provided. However, I had a good time by their humble and helpful staffs in the style of Thai people. Also, rooftop bar and restaurant is good for sunset dining

Was given twin room on arrival as no doublebed rooms available. Was offered that the two single beds can be pushed together which does not solve the problem. After a very restless night in a small bed with a hard mattress I opted to check out earlier despite having pre-paid. The so called rain shower has no pressure and the shower head needs descaling. In room safe out of order, WIFI required frequent new login, not a single English language TV channel. Had drinks and dinner in the Sky Bar, which was ok . Breakfast adequate but staff unwelcoming and lacking any smiles . No river views except some side views from upper floors.

Not a central location but close to the boardwalk, hidden entrance, big parking lot, well kept but poor internet, nice central garden, great 360 view from roof top bar (don’t miss the sunset!), fine breakfast. Good value and a convenient stop if you drive

First of all, I have been impressed by an atmosphere of the hotel during our check in. An open air reception allow us to see a little park with tiny buffalo dolls (what a cutie) followed by a fish pond lying between 2 modern buildings. Staffs were friendly and helpful. That day was Saturday (walking street held only on Saturday), so we walked around 15 minutes (1.2 km) to the walking street along Mekong riverside (not far). The way back to the hotel was quite dim and silent. However, the hotel was so bright. Our room looks modern and clean. Bathroom is spacious. All equipments functioned properly. We had a comfortable night there. Breakfast was delicious and variety (Thai, American, noodle). We enjoyed some famous local dishes such as "kai kratha" (pan fried eggs with minced pork, chinese sausage and vietnamese sausage topped with shredded spring onion) and "Vietnamese khao jee" (oval shape butter baguette stuffed with chinese sausage and vietnamese sausage). Truly recommended. 5 stars! nighted on 5 August 2020

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean and breakfast was really good. The rooftop terrace with a view to the Mekong River was great for a nightcap. Staff are helpful to get transortation around.
