Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a wonderful time in Pimali ! The bungalows are very comfortable with a large bed, spacious bathroom and nice little terrace overlooking rice paddies. Food is excellent. A visit to the kitchen and chat with the cook added to the experience. Last but not least the hospitality manager & students are very engaged and attentive, making sure to meet all our needs. Absolute musts in the area are the lotus lake and the visit to the coffee and cacao farm (minority café). Thanks Alexandre and Stephanie for making this experience possible !

It was a lovely experience! We really loved staying at Pimali resort. The room was fantastic, so comfertable with a view of beautiful rice passies. And the food was so delicious. And the students are all learning to work in the hospitality sector and were all just perfect! The management and teachers make it all work smoothly. Pimali is a perfect place if you want to stay in a nice serene and confertable place with a luxury feel to it! Thank you so much everyone from Pimali resort, we will definitely come back!

Third time is this beautiful and serene place and every time is getting better . Not only you are enjoying a great stay you also participate to the development of underprivileged young Thai which later will go work for international hotel or restaurant in Thailand . I love the concept and both the owners and students are genuinely friendly and adorable. Food selection are getting better and the entire feeling is so peaceful. Talk to the team and they will find so many things to do or to explore around . A must in Nong khai area . I will be back

We spen 3 days in Pimali, which is a haven of peace beautifully surrounded by rice paddies and lush vegetation. Everything was perfect: the spacious rooms with terraces overlooking the rice paddies, the wonderful attentive service, the delicious food (using home-grown organic fruits and vegetables), the beautiful peaceful setting, the care and attention to detail. We highly recommend Pimali and its beautiful region should be part of any traveller's visit to Thailand! Try to stay and you will be happy.

We had a wonderful time at Pimali. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even drew a personal sign for us when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with thoughtful touches (yoga mat, fishermen's pants, bag). They even treated us to a Thai dance on the first night and fulfilled our wish for off-menu Thai BBQ on the second night. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

On our round trip through Thailand, we had planned (unfortunately only one) night at Pimali. This stay was the best experience ever: From the welcome, till the rooms, the friendliness..... - and after learning about the whole concept of this hotel, we were even more impressed. We had the best food, best drinks and best service there. All made with dedication and love. In the morning, after a little bicycle tour around the villages, (bikes provided by the hotel), we were also shown around in the beautiful and very thoughtfully kept gardens. Breakfast was again amazing. We will go there again and recommend everyone to stay there a minimum of 3 nights, to be able to enjoy everything to the full.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely night at Pimali recently. We had an amazing Thai meal and stayed in one of their peaceful and well finished bungalows. The staff were warm and friendly and the young trainees keen and courteous. They are learning their trade and seem to really enjoy their training. It must be remembered by any guests that they are at the first stage of their training and some things are a little slower but that added to our enjoyment as we are aware of the need for such training in this area of Thailand. There is a joy in watching young people shyly take a big step towards a better future. The work being done at Pimali is to be applauded and we will certainly be back. heartily recommended.

Hospitality at its best . What a wonderful welcome we received at Pimali and it continued throughout our stay , nothing was too much trouble . The young people have been given the chance to train in the hospitality industry and know what an opportunity this is. The bungalows and housekeeping both perfect . The young chefs are producing 5 star food for breakfast and dinner on a daily basis. It was faultless .. We would definitely stay again and recommend . Thank you to Alex and his team .

We visited this hotel school twice in the last half year and were very impressed both times. Underprivilegded young people are given a real chance in life. They are trained on a five star level to work in the hospitality business and tutored until they get a good job. We stayed the night and had dinner and absolutely loved it.
