I used this as a base for a weeks stay in Nong Khai and It proved a good choice. It is a pleasant, modern establishment conveniently situated on a street with a lot of good restaurants and bars so it is a good area for meals in the evening. The hotel does not have a restaurant but it is only... More

Stuated on a busy but quiet side street in the centre of Nong Khai with free parking. Only a short walk to the Mekong river with it's riverside restaurants and the famous Tha Sadet Indo China market. Many nearby restaurants and bars. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Rooms are well apointed with King size bed, AC, hot... More

We stayed here last week and it was our third stay here. Excellent value for money and well located, next to a couple of friendly bars and only a couple of hundred metres from the river. Very clean, fair sized rooms, free parking. Staff not great at English language but they do their best and are friendly.

Anew hotel that lacks all that a hotel need. The staff speaks hardly any english. There is no food or any room service. The minibar is empty. There are no electric outlet to charge the phone or laptop. The hot water in the shower was just as cold as the cold water.

It seems all the hotels here are a bit pricier than the south, paying 550 Baht a night for an a/c room with wifi and a Queen sized bed. It's a nice room, smallish tv but good bed. I stayed in another hotel the night before and their wifi was marginally better but this hotel is cheaper and I like... More

So I check out tomorrow- 21/08/15. I certainly do not recommend this hotel to any falung (foreigner). I originally booked the "superior" room on booking.com and upon arrival, the staff had no knowledge of me having booked a room. 1.) Red carpet is weathered, ripped/torn and very stained with sticky residue when walking inside barefoot. 2.) No shower curtain in... More

Situated about 3.5 ks from the night markets along the Mekong river. There are 18 bars in the same Soi, and at night I found it difficult to sleep because of the noise from the bar across the road. Overall good value for money and will stay there again.

At check in, the young man at Reception was most unhelpful and behaved quite oddly. I asked for extra pillows and he asked for 100 baht extra. I declined and he then tried to bargain down to 50 baht, eventually giving up and, when I persisted, finally got the extra pillows. On check out, there was no mention of any... More
