We came there for 5 days with my parents and my girlfriend and we had a very nice stay. It is so good to be able to use the hot spring pools when ever you want. The gardens are just beautifully well groomed with fruit trees and flowers everywhere. The staff was very helpful and accommodated us with all our...

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The bed was not very comfortable and the air conditioning wasn't great. The breakfast was really disappointing. It just didn't taste fresh. I had difficulty cutting my fried eggs with a knife. I think that for what they charge that they can do a bit better.

Managed to get the Chalet mountain view room for about £25 on trip advisor app. I came here for a quiet retreat away on my own to relax and rejuvinate, the woman at the reception was lovely and very welcoming, her name is AJ. The room was nice and clean, but I was disappointed that the bath tub didnt have...

i became a regular customer at this place due to the fact that i stayed in pai for a couple of month, enjoying the hot_tubs and the big swimming pool located near the river. the park_like surroundings are maintained very well and the stuff was always friendly. as regular customer i could get the entry even reduced by 50bhat. surrounded...

We had the place to ourselves at 7pm once we found the actually hot spring pools in the dark as the staff were very unhelpful and just pointed in the general direction. 100baht entry and there were only 2 of 3 pools running, one small hot one and another larger warm one. the third large one looked disused for quite...

I was in this hotel for 1 night and when I went in the room I found every kind of insects in the bed. The pillow was dirty of blood and also the swimming pool. The envoirment outside was nice but the services given were absolutely under any expectation!

We booked this place online specifically because of the nice mountain view bungalows with the private outdoor bathtub that you can fill with spring water. We checked in and everything was great in the room. When we went to fill up the tub however the hot water did not work. I went to the front desk who were very rude...

We didn't stay here, just visited for an afternoon dip in the spa. A bargain at B100 per adult (kids free) including the hot spa pool AND the swimming pool as a great cooling follow-up. Staff are super polite and friendly. What a great way to spend a couple of hours - loved it. 😀

Stayed there for 1 night, as wanted to visit Pai Canyon which is in close proximity from this resort, and also to enjoy hotspring bath (which was only possible in early morning - as we stayed in low season when it was 40° outside, and water in bath is pretty hot). Room was clean, good aircon, just water in shower...

The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from Pai in a cab. There is a free bus service every evening between 18-22 so if you're planning on hanging out in Pai it's a bit complicated unless you get a scooter like we did. The bungalows look great, but they're also quite expensive so we settled for a standard room,...
