Three of us stayed in the triple room. The room was so clean and nice. Cleaning service was good and the towels were changed everyday. The owner was very friendly and we were very satisfied with the service there. Breakfast was nice too! The guesthouse is just located within walking distance to the night walking street. Recommended place to stay...

Room in early October, 2015, was 900 baht/night. Very clean with nice bathroom, coffee maker, and fridge. Good location right in town, just off Walking Street. Wide bed was hard, but comfortable. Highly recommend.

Located within 5-10 mintues from Pai Walking Street, but a slightly quieter street. Baan Pai Nai Wieng guest house was the perfect choice for us. The staffs (2 aunties) were kind and helpful, we felt welcome. It felt like home. Guest house is also very clean. We stayed 2 nights there. THe breakfast was simple but great, home made. =)

I was stayed 2 nights at this hotel during Pai trip. The room is very normal but is on par with price. I have to mention the owner is very nice, she helped us when we need help as we cannot ride, and spend her time to brought us to some attractions, of course this is not complimentary, she just...

Stayed for 2 nights in late July. It was 3 minutes walk from where I got off from the minivan I took from Chiang Mai and nearly next to night walking street. The room was spacious and clean. There is even a quite large fringe in the room. So nice. Breakfast was good too. Recommended.

Was not easy to find but the location was just perfect for us. You are a few meters from the walking street, so you have the night market close by but you cannot here anything. Bed is very hard, but not unusual for Thailand. Staff was really friendly, room was nice and of good size. the whole guesthouse was set...

We had a very pleasant stay at Baan Pai Nai Wieng. A very small and at home B&B in Pai, with very good location. Night market is just a minute away, yet located in a very quiet environment. The breakfast was delicious and changed daily for variety. Room was clean and bright, with a very comfortable bed. Wifi is available...

We booked this place on the reviews and weren't disappointed. Central (just up the road from the night market) but quiet. The room we originally were given had a noisy air conditioner so they quickly asked us to test each room and decide for ourselves. Very sweet and honest people. We could see that they tried very, very hard to...

“We took two room BNW1 and BNW2, they are both good. Pehaps avoid taking BNW5, which is located at ground floor which is just next to the kitchen and lobby. Not sure whether they rent out this room but if they do, I suspect it might get rather noisy in the morning. As I didn't stay in that room, I can't say for sure, it's just a hunch.”
