Pai Garden was a mixed bag for me.
The pros: the staff were extremely friendly, the rooms are spacious, beds bigger than expected, and they give you towels and soaps. Rooms are fairly cheap considering it's only one or two people per room!
Tor, the general manager, is one of the best hosts we have experienced anywhere. He made us feel welcome and catered to us from the get go. This is the kind of place that brings return customers.

Tor makes you feel very welcome, he will do anything to make you feel at home. I emailed him before we arrived and he picked us up from the bus station, he would also take us back if we needed it but we didn't.
