Placed at the bank of the river, it’s so quiet and easily accessible to the walking street by 3-5 minutes walk. Good food and they serve all three meals. Free tea/coffee in the reception. Hammock in front of almost all the rooms. We stayed in fan room and it’s neither noisy nor hot. Unfortunately we found this hotel after 3 days only and stayed just one night. Wish we could stay there more.

The Canary really gives your moneys worth.
The location is just outside the main drag so you will not hear all the music and parties, but you can walk there in 5 minutes.
Cross the river.
So you have a lovely river view and quiet time but away from the hustle and buzzle.
Many different options on accomodation, depending on your budget.
The only problem is no breakfast.
In a beautiful tranquil nice setting like this - you would really love to enjoy a breakfast instead of hitting the busy mainsteet right away in the morning, wouldnt you ?
Cause thats where you have to go, theres no restaurants around.
Thats a bummer, i dont understand why they dont serve breakfast when every other accomodation around does it.
Why ?

So we took the private room for 2 ppl, we had a small sitting area outside whice was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable and we had hot water it the shower.
Its located on the river so you can drink your morning coffee (whice was really good) with a quiet beautiful view, yet its 5 min walk from the main street and the night bazaar which is great.
The staff is so nice the helpful is was a pleasure.
Thank you!

We could only stay for a night but we loved the location of the hotel right by the river. It was just a few meters from the bamboo bridge which was fun to cross, especially at night.
Peaceful place with lovely views of the river.
We stayed in a comfortable private room. The beds were ample and the bathroom was funny with a hole in the ceiling and plants growing below. The shower had good hot water.
Would go back.

Really nice peaceful area right by the river. Balcony and dining area was lovely and really nice to just relax. Really close to the main bit by just crossing a bridge (won't be on your road map). Staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good. Showers were cold and I overheard a few other couples around the resort saying the same thing. As pai can get cold at night the outdoor bathroom can be chilly, the private ensuite is still outdoors, so just a warning there. The walls are also like paper so if you have a connecting guest house, expect to hear any conversation or noise clearly from your neighbours, not good if your a light sleeper. Wi-Fi was good, reached the whole resort with no weak spots. For the price it was good and we had an Ok stay, but I would just say it was OK, would probably go elsewhere if we returned.

Beautiful views, comfy bed, hot water, clean. Complimentary tea and water bottles. I recommend the pumpkin pancakes for breakfast. Not included but reasonably priced. Wifi was spotty and slow however. Also saw a roach on our bathroom door although it was small. Toilets are pour water down them and not flush toilets. First time I saw that but saw it again in parks around Thailand. Great location, close to town just over the bridges. Free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Would def stay here again. You have to motorbike around town to get to it, the bamboo bridges don't allow vehicle traffic.

We stayed in a little cottage bungalow at canary with garden view, was super relaxing, spacious room and nice bathroom. Front porch and the free coffee and tea was great. Really relaxing place to chill out by the river, would recommend this place for your stay in Pai. Laundry is only 30baht a kilo or 65 for express. Great value for money and 5min from walking st and prempacha bus station.

The property was well located alongwith the river, near a bamboo bridge, which is not visible on Google or any other map. So first time, you might have to reach here by taxi.

Upon roaming around, I found out some better options with better views and facilities. Other hotels were offering A/C room in the same or better price.

I believe that in smaller cities and towns like Pai, MHS, Hua Hin, you can get better options and rate as walk-in customer, rather than pre-booking.

Spot invites for a relaxed time at the river staff and iced coffee very nice ... but...
First things First. Restaurants/Businesses which dont care much about their environmental impact cant get a full score with me. Using single use plastic in Pai considering its delicate environment and non existing waste management with the major solution still to burn the waste near you, dont show much sense of responsibility. So here went the first star down the drain.

Other than that a safe bet for a good time.
