very nice Hotel, location is quite far from centre, but for us was ideal, nice simple dinner was served very fast and tasty, not so expensive.... breakfast was also sufficient,...
After arriving late and long day, we really enjoyed the large pool, where you are really able to swim nice laps and relax in a sportive way..
Rooms are very simple, but clean and modern, minimalistic style...
we would stay there again

We booked the hotel mainly because of the jacuzzi in the bathroom. A bit disappointed though, the jacuzzi in our room was the size of a standard bath only. Room was not too clean, we got the maid to do some work (she should have done before our arrival, like cleaning the glass table or to remove the drinking glass ashtray from the previous guest on the balcony). Many marke on walls, there seems little maintenance done. Breakfast was medicre, breakfast room too, we decided to sit next to the pool, very pleasant. Overall? Not worth it for the price they charge!

Very strange hotel. We are travelling between Chiang Rai and Bangkok and needed a stop-over and the Zense looked good.

This is a typical local low rise concrete small condo building, splashed with some paint to look like a boutique hotel. It's located on a nondescript main access road next to a global house diy shop so the location is good for transit but there is nothing around the hotel.

Upon entering the hotel the check in desk had a customer but a friendly member of staff invited us to view the pool and bar area unil check in was free. Khun Chip then took us to the bar where we relaxed by the pool with drinks. He spoke excellent English and gave us some amazing local recommendations of places to visit. This was by far the warmest welcome we have had in a hotel in Thailand.

I left my wife at the bar to check in and this is when i encountered the 'other side' of customer service. I had prepaid so check in should be easy but 'this is Thailand'. The rude, unfriendly, unhelpful lady on the front desk gave me a room card and pointed at the elevator. I asked for a second card (we are 2 guests not 1). I was bluntly told no! No explanation, no sorry, just no.

Simple. I put our bags in the room and returned to meet my wife. We then returned to the front desk where the lady was now joined by a manager and repeated my request. 'Yes you can 500 baht deposit for plastic room card'.

Just rude and unfriendly. Staff like this ruin hotels. Staff like Khun Chip make hotels amazing places to stay. To the owner, if you want positive reviews and repeat customers, make sure your check in staff are polite and understand they only have jobs because customers choose to book....

Long stay and this new hotel at phitsanulok.

Far away from any interesting point I’d only recommend if you have your own car or motorbike. If you are traveling around phitsanulok you will find better options around city center at half price.

It is promoted in other websites like a 5 star hotel but it is something between 3&4 stars (as it is indicated on TripAdvisor). New low-cost building bad isolated in therms of noise, corridors without AC.

Rooms are good, really big with a comfortable bed and a huge TV. Some bad smell use to come from the toilet pipes but you will only notice until you turn the AC ON.

Breakfast: decent Thai dishes with a really low cost western options. Please avoid that ham and sausages, put some bacon with scrambled eggs.

Staff seems to be friendly, it is almost imposible to communicate with them unless you speak thai.

Bad customer experience for us, I’ll explain what happened. We made a special request to leave the property for a few days, the hotel had a lot of time to manage this situation to confirm or deny our request, the hotel confirmed and gave us a receipt for a 100% refund. After we came back the hotel informed that they were going to refund only 30%. It is something really common and simple, worst customer care I have ever experienced in my life, worst staff care from management team (they told us that the front desk staff would pay our refund with their salary because the management did not approve our refund)... unbelievable!! This situation made the rest of our stay really uncomfortable due to when we ask for a solution the staff told a different story every single day. We would have loved to leave the hotel sooner but it was obvious that they were not going to give our money back.

In short, I’ll never come back to this place and I hope that if you are reading this as a potential guest, just think about if you want to spend your money in a place like this.

Management team: it would be really good to go to a leadership training where you can learn some fair treat to your staff.

My colleague and I spent a couple nights to stay in Signature twin room at The Zense Boutique hotel in last September for our business trip. It took us 45 minutes to fly from Bangkok and 30 minutes to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at noon and luckily the reception let us check in because the check in time is 2 pm. It was so nice as we had our meeting with the clients in an hour and we had got plenty of time to prepare ourselves. We spent most of our time at the pool bar at night. There were tons of imported beers to try and the pool was close at about 11 pm. We loved it very much. We got back to our room after that and the room made us fall asleep and want to sleep immediately. The breakfast was a great selection for us to try and yes it was tasty. The staff were friendly and willing to help when asked. Our business was so memorable and I will definitely be back for my own trip very soon. Thank you The Zense Boutique team for having made our wonderful trip happen.

Wanted a few days away from the hustle and bustle. A friend suggested this hotel. I am so glad I went here, a true boutique hotel in every sense of the word.
I just loved the pool and the area to relax and try some “wow “ cocktails. The late afternoon just glided into beautiful evenings with the setting sun ,fantastic food and I loved the live music.
My room was chic, clean and very comfortable. The place is run by staff who are very attentive and guided me on places to eat and visit.
I’ve now found the place to go when I need to recharge my batteries. Thank you so much to all the staff .

Second time I stayed there .first time was 2 years ago .back then I complained about the air con .they said they are in process of getting a better system .I went back this month so I only booked the hotel for my last night .the previous nights stayed at another hotel around the same price .the aircon in this hotel was very good ,if you put it down to 21c it was cold .as it was very hot I left it on 21c .back to the sense for my last night ,arrived in the morning and was greeted with friendly staff .the hotel is noisy because of the design and the walkways to the room are very hot as the have air con units in stair walls that make everything hotter .the breakfast is not good unless you are a thai national.eggs are cold ,ham in water and bread for toast .the rest of the menu is for thai people.there were many foreigners there so they did not cater for them .the rooms are clean and bathroom was was great .now, turn on the air con to 21c after 2 hours had to turn it down again .after another hour I turned it down to 18c .still not cooler .during the night the room was no way cool. I like a cool.room when it is 38c outside .this hotel is too far from anything unless you have a car .I will.not go here again as there is better and cheaper hotels closer to the city .
