Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed here 4 nights and it was a really nice cheap hotel to stay at. Staff were all nice. Breakfast nothing special but ok. Location is perfect with lots of street food around and the river not too far. Wifi was good. There is a belcony and the room is very clean. I'd reccomend!

We were seven motorcyclist we could all park undercover parking at the rear and the guy from Reception came out and helped us and checked all of us in very quickly. I was impressed with the organisation the rooms were good value it’s got an excellent bar and the food look good right in the centre where all the massage bars et cetera. I would recommend.

I stayed at the P1 House while doing some temple touring in the area. My expectations were low due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised. My room was simple and clean. I slept well. The hotel restaurant and bar/common area was nice and relaxing The best part was the very kind staff. The ladies at reception were helpful and always smiling. Thank you P1 House.

Arrived by road and entered via rear entrance, after going to reception, a very quick check in, and going to our room we were delighted with the amenities, clean, not noisy, had a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed, breakfast was basic but ample, staff were excellent and very helpful.

A good hotel that will not disappoint in terms of location, price and service. The reception staff were friendly, and the booms, albeit basis at best, were clean and comfortable. A basic breakfast was included, The market is within walking distance to the Night Market as an added bonus and there are good food and drink establishments nearby. There is car parking behind the hotel.

Somebody put a lot of thought into the design of the guesthouse and the rooms, but there are enough weaknesses I can't give it more than a 3.5. For the price the room is exceptionally attractive and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Balcony has no furniture and fishnet covering the front (necessary because of thousands of mynahs flocking at dusk) kind of detracts. Wi-Fi was erratic; sometimes good, but sometimes just disappeared, or flickered on and off. Mostly very young staff were generally friendly, but severe lack of English limited their helpfulness (although they did figure out I needed to print some railway tickets and helped to do that). Limited breakfast options: rice porridge or "egg pan" which was two nicely fried eggs topped with some veggies and, thoroughly undesired by me, ground pork. Not open for lunch and there are very few other food choices in the neighbourhood. The dinner menu offers a limited selection in English and many, many more choice in Thai, e.g., four kinds of Thai spicy salad in English, 21 in Thai. Kind of felt discriminated against, but, to be fair, almost all guests were Thai. Don't know if I'd stay here again.

Only stayed 1 night passing thru but was perfect. Really comfortable bed, good shower, clean room , balcony and an onsite bar/restaurant with pretty good food and live music. Didn't have to leave the building which is exactly what I was looking for on this day. Close walk to many things including typical nightlife attractions at other establishments, street vendors, mini mart etc. no problem staying here again on the way back

We chose this hotel because it received so many good reviews here. We got a double room in 2nd floor with weird lighting and strange smell. Attached the photos with the condition. I found the bedding is extremely dirty. I started scratching myself after first night, and asked to change the sheet which housekeeper didn't understand. We noticed they seem to have "better new rooms" from 3rd floors. We asked about it, but receptionist didn't seem to get it. We need to catch a train on leaving day, and the sign stated breakfast from 7-9:30 am. We were there at 7 and they started around 7:30.. However, breakfast's quality is good.

This place was a surprise for the price. The room was huge, modern and clean and the bar had live music nearly every night. The location is close to the train station and bus station and the night market is next door. I would stay here again in a heart beat, I only give it 4 stars because the food/drink are a bit expensive.
