First time to visit Phitsanulok and suggested this hotel to my husband. It ends so disappointed we book an Executive room turns out amenities on the room is incomplete such as
No slippers
No face towel
No cotton buds
No bathrobe
To request extra pillows it will cost ฿50 each considering this hotel is a 4star Hotel
Anyway at the end we were provided after complaining but then again are the above are standard set up of a hotel room???
Was it because we booked a one night only or was it because of the Rao Tieow Benefit thru Govt project to support business and allows Thais to enjoy this exquisite benefit.
Breakfast was lousy as a 4star an option was American breakfast or Thai Porridge or fried rice. Understand the portion but it was presented not like a 4 star should had the buffet line consists of a coffee nescafe machine a juice a water and thats all!
I really regret staying here driving hundreds of kilometers and this is what we got.
The only service that we enjoyed was the Dinner reasonable price!

Before arriving we got an e-mail from the hotel confirming that they had a room for us with a Kingsize bed. Arriving at the hotel we were informed that unfortunately they only had a room with 2 single beds.
Went to the room which had seen better days, but still okay. Gave up watching tv due to crappy reception.
Had a good nights sleep anyway.
Be sure to bring whatever you need, drink and snacks, shops are far away.

The power sockets went on fire twice. The first was like the blue flame from the lighter near the desk. The second time was massive when I was only using the hair dryer provided in the room near the bed. Luckily, the curtain didn’t catch fire. I ran to remove the key so the power went out. The burnt smell was terrible. The reception told me she would let me continue to dry my hair in another room. A few minutes later while I was wrapping up my packing and preparing to check out, another hotel staff came and told me to dry my hair in the bathroom of the same room. Never again to this hotel.

WARNING! This hotel is not clean and Air Conditioning kept being switched off (probably to save money)!!
Booked this hotel as have stayed here 3 years ago. Came this year with my 3 daughters. Family room was bad, dirty and even found cockroaches in bathroom. So as there was no other hotels to move to or available nearby, the manager moved us to 3 separate rooms. Consequently, we decided to eat out elsewhere. BUT… on returning, more cockroaches were seen in all 3 of the room’s bathrooms!! This brought me to tears!! Will never return to this bad, dirty hotel. Avoid at all costs!!

This place is old but very clean. Staff is very nice to guests. It is in the city not far from the eating places. Breakfast buffet is good. The hotel may be effected from COVID19 situation so it seems quiet.

This hotel is tired and dated and really needs an overhaul. The bathroom looked grubby, the sealant needs bleaching, and the decor and furniture in the room is old. The food was fine, both the evening meal and the breakfast.

I get it why for some a hotel having a dated feel would automatically be negative, but I love the classic vibe in places that you can tell were great in their day. Then upkeep makes or breaks the experience, if a place is looking worn or shabby, or if bathroom scope hasn't kept up. Maintenance level is great, with renovations probably changing some aspects slightly, but with that older feel clearly showing through.

Maybe value has to also weigh in, that this hotel is great for what it is. The large pool, extensive fitness room (twice the size of normal, with a full gym worth of equipment), and natural setting also seemed quite positive to me. The breakfast was kind of standard for this range and type of hotels, maybe a bit mediocre, which I didn't take to be good or bad, just how that goes. Staff were all really kind, going out of their way to make every detail come together. But then during the pandemic low guest levels would make that easier, and Thais are always nice in general.

There's a large park right next to the hotel, which we didn't even check out; I suppose for most visitors that would be a non-issue.

Nice hotel, large rooms, oldfashioned but clean. Didn´t had problem with A/C or fridge or anything else...
Great pool open until late, with a bar near it, wonderful for having a drink before go to bed.

Stayed here on a tour, Pacific Delights, after driving from Bangkok and the bus having a fuel leak on the highway. We were advised after checkout that we owed money for phone calls (which I used an international phone card). They actually sent a rep. from the hotel to meet me at our next scheduled stop so they can collect the debt. The tour bus actually had to return all the way back to the hotel for me to settle this ridiculous charge. I argued insistantly that nowhere does it state you are charged per dialed call even if you use a calling card to pay for it. They got really pissed at me and said "then you pay nothing!" I found that even in hotels, Thais are keen on getting their hands on your money. Rooms were not attractive and facilities just average. This hotel caters to mass tours of people.

This hotel was very disappointing. Rooms were outdated and entire hotel was musty smelling. We had a unexpected guest in our room too - a small lizard hanging out near the window curtains. Nothing much to do here and food was not to our liking. The pool was very dirty, shingles from roof of bar were in the pool, the drainage tiling was all cracked and missing - seemed like it hadn't been maintained since 1950. We were committed to this hotel because we were with a tour, otherwise we would have looked for something else.
