My family spent one night in this hotel during long weekend (Oct 22-24, 16.) We booked 2 deluxe rooms (connecting rooms.) Starting from reception, 2 ladies answer questions with low skills of understanding. Not professional. When we entered the room, it is not impressive, as it is quite old and dark. However, the condition of room is neat and clean....

We arrived at 1am. Staff very helpful. You could hear the river flowing. A good night sleep in a peaceful clean room. Good showers and nice veranda. Breakfast is simple but nice. Wifi works. Surroundings are heavenly. Serenity plus here, not five star accomodation but six star staff and surroundings. Peaceful, relaxing and charming.

Beautiful surroundings, right on the river. The grounds were immaculately maintained, even though the resort (including the sidewalks, pools, etc) is a bit old. The rooms were nice for a provincial (local) resort. Restaurant was not full-time and had only a few items on the menu, which is a one-page laminated piece of paper. Very quiet and peaceful.

Older resort with magnificent gardens and grounds. On the river with great swimming or use the beautiful swimming pool. The staff is some of the best I have encountered in Thailand. It is pet friendly and you want walk for a kilometer within the resort through old grand trees and manicured gardens filled with color. This is a 3 star...

We just got back from staying two nights at this resort last weekend. Rafting at Kek river was just great especially in this monsoon season and that's why the river turns brown. This is a resort with natural feeling not a five star hotel and that's why I really love it. If you're looking for the quite and peaceful place...

Driving back to Khon Kaen from Chiang Mai we thought we would stay in a "resort" for the night rather than in downtown Phitsanulok. Big mistake! We wre lucky that the "resort" was only 10% occupied. Rooms were only just OK. Bed rock hard. Restaurant food terrible.Service poor. No facilities whatsoever apart from an extremely dirty swimming pool. Overgrown grounds...
