Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you have to travel for business , after work you need only clean room , comfortable bed , bathroom without smell . Moreover aircon still do their duty , cool , noise as usual, the important is free wifi with hispeed , that's all you need , isn't it? Without luxuary in inside only television.

The Hop Inn chain is a well run chain budget hotel. Rooms are clean and the bed and linen 5 star. Always comfortable . Powerful shower. Flat screen tv. some english channels. small fridge. The hotel is a little ways from downtown but we walked it in 25 minutes. We brought our bicyles with us and locked them at the front entrance. Cycling around town was easy and felt safe. prices are from 550 baht to 800 down in Krabi. Coffee available in the morning ,free in lobby.

This was a decent hotel with basic rooms and adequate amenities for a budget. It was fairly clean and had a coffee lounge on the ground floor that was decorated with interesting retro designs. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the great City of Phitsanulok.

Clean room, comfortable bed, all facilities needed were available and in good working condition (aircon, fridge, shower, wifi), free drinking water in the room, free coffee downstairs in the morning, and a hard to beat low price. Location a bit out of town, but easy to reach for guests having their own car. No wonder the hotel was full (we got the last 2 rooms it seems)... Outstanding value!

The location is a bit far from town center, but on the highway which is convenient if you have own car. It might be a bit difficult to buy food in walking distance. There are few snack available at the hotel lobby. The room is new and very clean. In overall, it is ok and value for money.

Easy hotel with the plenty of parking. At the lobby area, you can find some a small convenient corner where you can purchase a missing items which you may forget to bring such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

Every morning, at the lobby area, there is a small coffee machine for you to make your own coffee or hot chocolate which we think it was great for a budgeted hotel like this.

Service is just ok comparing to our price paid.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, available and helpful and they spoke excellent English. The location was a bit far from town but the staff will happily book taxis for you, these cost approximately 100 baht. Snacks and drinks are available to buy from reception. There is a lift to the higher floors.

As we came from Bangkok and had still another 3hour drive left, we decided to stop here for the night.
It is a new brand and also a whole new building, everything is so clean and shiny.
There is an elevator wich you can use.
The rooms are very simple, a bed, a little fridge, tv, airco, window with a little view (better then nothing to see).
Bathroom was nice also, all very clean.
at the checking counter they sell all kinds of drinks & foods, they also speak good english!
Outside theres a security guard all night long for the cars.
We payed 600bath for 1 night for 3 persons.

The quality of the bed and pillows was very good, they were so soft.

If i pass here next time i would stop here again to have a rest.
