We did not stay at the Sukhothai Treasure but we did buy a day pass to use the property (mostly for the use of the pool). It was highly recommended by our tour leader. I think there was about 6 of us who ended up there one afternoon. It was about a 15min tuk tuk from the Sukhothai historical park and where most of the shops and restaurants were located.

The hotel looks like it would have been glamorous when it was first built but it is very tired and rundown now. There was not a lot of guests walking around. We did walk around the property there is a stunning spot over looking the river. The lobby, restaurant and most of the grounds seemed like they were trying there best to keep it looking good. It's a huge property.

The pool area was very nice and clean but not many lounge chairs. The water was the perfect temperature. They supplied you with towel which were in good shape and the bathroom by the pool was very clean.

I went for an hour deep tissue massage. Because of the lack of guests staying at the hotel if you needed anything you had to go to the front desk. Then someone would meet you at the facility you were looking for. The massage rooms were very nice. Each wit here own washroom, fancy shower, jacuzzi tub and massage table. The masseur did an amazing job getting out all my knots and problem areas.

They also have a restaurant on site. Again had to go to the front desk to have someone meat you in the restaurant to order food. The food & beverages did take longer then expected to arrived but they did deliver them to you pool side. It wasn't anything fancy but the sandwiches were very sauce and delicious.

We were here to celebrate loy krathong in sukhothai, the rooms are spacious and bathrooms are even more spacious, however the property looks old and hasn't been kept that well! However, the rooms are fully equipped and offer you everything you would need. The hotel is at a 10 minute drive from the heritage park and has ample on site parking. They do have a shuttle to the park and that's a plus if you don't have your own vehicle.
The breakfast spread was ok but since some of us were vegetarians we hardly had any choice!
The hotel has a rice field on the back side abd that gives you some Instagramable spots.

So place is bit rundown but rooms are good size and so is bathroom which came both with bath and shower.
You could maybe find a place somewhere else but I had a good experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful Apart restaurant there is a wine bar and also mini Starbucks so you can get your coffee fix but If you decide to stay here is good to have a transport

Needs renovation. Rooms getting tired. Bathroom tap loose, main shower inoperable only hand held working, horrible Cork noticeboard on the room, reminiscent of a youth hostel. On the plus side, reception staff were nice, bed comfy unlike so many hard beds in Thai hotels, and first impressions seems quiet.
They did however charge 30 baht for a bucket of ice which for a hotel of this supposed standard (and cost) I felt was unnecessary

The hotel is in a green location with good services, including bikes and electric charge.
However rooms are not well maintained, seem to be old and uncared.
The restaurant does not offer a variety of good quality food.
Overall the price is appropriate for this type of location if you are not expecting something great.

We were in this hotel the first day of the year, mai e this is the cause of the orribile service we got. At dinner we had to wait almost one hour to be served. When the dishes arrived they were really cold. At breakfast choices were very limited at least for occidental people. Everything in the hotel such as bar for a drink was closed. The room are quite large and comfortable.

Stayed five nights here. A great place to stay for everyone. Ample parking for those driving. Regular free shuttle service to town. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Breakfast was very good. If you’re not going out, the Cafe at the entrance is a good place for tea and lunch. All staff are friendly and respectful. Room is big, clean, quiet and cool. Would stay here again.
One thing they can improve is to service and maintain their bicycles.

Not amazing, not awful, solid hotel choice for money. Service was excellent and all staff very friendly. Breakfast and dinner both very good. Room spacious and clean although a bit dated. Good value though.

Just stayed for 1 night and happy to leave. The sink was plugged and larvae filled the sink in the morning. The air conditioning didn't work well. It was a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was ok. It is a beautiful setting and has an outdoor pool. There are lots of mosquitoes. It is near ta few miles from the Historical Park.

I booked 2nights in April 2010 while back from ChaingMai. 2minutes walk from the parking to lobby under the 40degree heat, 5 staff were just looking and laughing at me how I had to drag my heavy cases over the wooden bridge. Arriving without any welcome, they just keep asking for the paid voucher. They don’t care anything, all they care about is your payment, after 20minutes of patient, I told them I will leave, and find another hotel around. The answer was "YOU CAN GO, BUT THERE IS NO PLACE AROUND HERE TO SLEEP, AND YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE". Does the staff talk like this about their own hotel?
Just giving up for my own safety, finally they found my reservation from their mail account, and gave me the permission to sleep for 150US$/night. The hotel will be very beautiful without these staff. Grand opening was 4 months ago (2009 Christmas), but nothing was under control, believe it or not the hotel has only finished 60% of construction.
They do not have a telephone at the reception, staff use mobiles to connect or yell loud to find each other.
They don’t have a bell boy, drag it your self to your room by the rough stone plate path, which nobody will point out where your villa is.
No taxi or tuktuk for town, only a hotel private truck is available for 5US$, and will take 10minutes to find a volunteer driver, without a volunteer driver around, you can’t go to town even if you pay thousand dollars. The only way is to walk 1and half hour or hitchhike on the main highway which is outside the hotel grounds.
Once you reach town, its heaven. A small town, but kind people, with many local food shops, a small night market, and a dollar for a ride back to the hotel by tuktuk. Beware of all those insects coming in your eyes nose and mouth while riding at night.
Hotel food is bad? Ordered Thai seafood Green curry, it came with one medium size prawn, and apples, grapes, papaya and mango. It seems they use vegetables that are no good to serve as fresh fruits. 70% of the restaurant menu is said “Don’t have Sir”.
The rooms are good size, well designed, but no cleaning. I think they just put the furniture before the construction is done. Powder or cements and sand on your floor, paints on the mirror, grease on the windows. Cleaning was not done, long hairs in the room, army of ants around the kitchen corner, a pair of cockroach under the bed, and a family of quite big spiders at the bath area.
My room was in front of the water pump, so not a good view while you can’t open the curtains at day time, because somebody is always there to shade from the hot heat, if you make a move, they will stare at you wildly.

I saw many tourists in town during my night stay due to high season in Thailand. But saw only 2 pair of couple which they seemed was not happy at this 5star rated new hotel.
The pool closes 7:30pm, garden lights down at 9:30pm, so you can only see is some lights from the lobby, and the paths, little houses in the fields, and shinny stars. The hotel has no walls or fences, so bad guys can easily walk to you room at night, because it’s dark. By the way, my room on the 2nd floor has no locks for the balcony.
There is only a lady who can speak good English, 3 very poor, others can’t. There is two historical ancient parks, don’t try to get any information from them, cause they even don’t know. All they do is looks at you like dumb.
In all these conditions, I decided to check out a day early than scheduled. I was willing to pay for the taxi even its tripled, and asked for help. The front desk lady called the driver, along he came with a golf cart. It’s quite funny to ride a golf cart on an express way, but when you want to runaway, this is also good. The fat driver drove few hundreds meter, stopped the cart, dragged my suit cases down and just kept saying bus! Bus! Bus! and drove his cart back to the hotel. How rude they are.
Waiting for 24minutes, a kind of local bus came and took me to the next destination.
So, it’s your own decision to go or not. It can be a very good hotel if they change the management with good polite English staff. Finish the constructions and clean up with a vacuum cleaner. The restaurant having the items printed in the menu. A guard fence around the hotel for safe. The best thing for me is the pillows and bed, very good.
