Stayed at this hotel for 2 night on a roadtrip to the south of Thailand. We were very satisfied with the room, although old, and the cleanliness. The price is quite reasonable and the staff very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! It has a good location and easy to find.

Short distance from Suphanburi bus terminal. Had a good rest and stay. Breakfast was included in the booking. Should improve on example a light siren to get tuktuk to the hotel else will have to drag your luggages about 2-300m to the main road.

We stayed this hotel for 2 nights on 29-31 July by preference the Deluxe room which booked via AGODA. First arrival here with my friend who we are late arrived at 10 PM, the Receptionists are so kind when we called before to informed that we will late check-in and requested them the extra pillows with double bed (they don't have original king bed but they pushed it together arrangement who we acceptable) and gave we the late check-out at 2 PM for free that be great :)
We got the room' s key 1504 at 5th floor, in-room they provided full-amenities as normal three star hotel. Air-con was so cool and water heater was stable with a good pressure too. Room was cleanliness and all maid cleaners so kind and attention their duties.
Hotel Lobby was cozy and they do not neglect to support the referendum campaign on 7th August of Thai government as well.
Breakfast was fine and all staffs in the restaurant have service mind with so great attitude, also the hotel coffee shop (Niyom Cafe) looking modern/comfy by operation hour from 8 AM to 11 PM.
Overall for this hotel is good more than we expectation, facilities (large pool), room amenities were good and valued price also location is convenience to 7-Eleven and close to night life that we appreciated.

Good:
Nice reception/lobby area

Not good:
the hotel rooms are outdated.
The room had carpet floor which looked very old and dirty
I stayed in a deluxe room - supposed to be 1 double bed but it was actually 2twin beds put together(picture shown)
The aircon is also outdated(picture shown)
The bathroom is very old
“American breakfast” has very limited selection and does not worth the price.
Also the food that we ordered from room service wasnt good either.

Old school hotel, good location in a good price.
The bed is not so comfortable, equipments are old-fashioned but it is acceptable since the price is very cheap.
I would recommend this hotel if you don’t know where to stay.

We are staying here for the second time due to the good service that we received here last year. This was a mistake, the service has dropped off, no friendly greeting on check in. Lazy cleaning staff, glasses & coffee cups not not cleaned/changed. Clean towels forgotten about. Mould in the shower as pictured. This was brought up with them, a cleaner came up to the room, gave it a brief scrub and said that it will be thoroughly cleaned the following day. This never happened. No help when I wanted to print a document, our stay here seemed to be a big inconvenience to the staff. Looking out of the window onto the pool I noticed the same plastic bag floating there for two days. The porter was nice, the restaurant/breakfast area is nice with attentive staff. We are going elsewhere for 10 days & will return to Suphanburi after that. We have booked a different place, my advice is to stay elsewhere.

This seemed like a large hotel for a small area, but is full during certain conferences, especially ones that draw from all over Thailand (check ahead). The lobby area was luxurious, and the breakfast fine. The room however, could have used some updating and "freshening" Carpet looked worn and bathroom was older. A functional room. We were just looking for a hotel close to where my daughter lived, and this fit the bill. Suphan Buri is just a typical Thai town, so worth a visit if you want to see how the locals live. Not real pretty

This is an older hotel but it does have pretty much everything you need. Free on site parking is great, very nice lobby area & restaurant. It has a good size clean pool, cafe & free Wi-Fi with good speed. The rooms are a bit dated, shower over the bath but everything works & is clean. The staff speak limited English but are very accommodating, We got to breakfast late a couple of times but were served anyway. Reception is helpful. The addition of an in room safe would be good. I'd be happy to stay here again. A small tip to cleaning staff goes a long way, our room was well looked after.

We can tell this hotel is striving to bring the cost down, in the middle of all of their plan, it affected to their customers. With our recently visit around 20 hotels or more, this hotel is ONLY hotel that claimed 3 stars but no hair-dryer in equipped in the room! Not even we ask the operator for a hair dryer, they said this hotel has never offer a hair dryer, so, sorry they don't have a hair dryer. Our room is "Deluxe" room in the main building. The decoration is MUCH better than the old and worn and tired one in the 2nd building. Even that, we still see lots of things don't get along in the claimed deluxe 3-stars. First off, CRT TV screen is so 20 years ago. Complimentary soap and shampoo could use much better quality than this for this level of room and hotel. Also, some mold has been built up in the restroom which we hesitate to use the bathtub at the first glance. Carpet is dirty even in the main of their conventional meeting room. Breakfast, though has a few to select from, they're far from great breakfast. Upon check out, the operator try to charge us the upgrade room cost from standard to deluxe, which we already paid upon check-in a day before. With thousand bath paid for a stay, I would definitely not go back or better find hostels in other area. (or go back to Bangkok with only 1.5 hour driving).
