A beautiful and atmospheric small hotel with attentive staff. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Very close to the centre of Bukhara, so it is easy to get to all the sights. Breakfast was a real experience: a wide variety of food served in a room that still evokes the spirit of the 18th century Jewish trader who once owned...

We stayed 3 nights and very pleased with this boutique hotel. We were able to look at a number of rooms, and each that we saw was very tastefully and artfully decorated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and always there. The breakfast room was another very uniquely decorated room, and the breakfast itself had a full complement. It is...

The owner and his staffs are very warm and helpful giving all the information from A to Z about the destinations, transportation, and other tips while we stayed in Bukhara. The room has beautiful traditional nuances. So, I heavily recommend this hotel if you want to...

Staying for 4 nights at the Amelia in mid winter proved to be a highlight of Uzbekistan. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast in a 19th century room started our days off well and after sightseeing (weather cold and grey much of the time but architecture glorious and blue) we retreated...
