Nice hotel (more a guesthouse), our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. WiFi was good, we also had a fridge, TV and window in the room. Paid 250000 dong per night, very cheap for the room and location

Me and some of friends came to stayed in this hotel 3 days ago. We all comfortable cause the room is clean and quite place even right in the central City and near with the boat dock. Easy to walk to the market and find the boat to see floating market ,many restaurants around.Us paid 400.000đ per night.

If you are looking for a guesthouse close to the action (what little there is in Can Tho) then the Phat Dat is ideal. Located about a 5 minute walk from the river and close to everything else. The room was quiet, clean, well equipped, fridge, strong WIFI and AC. Good cheap laundry and very friendly and helpful family staff....

Booked a tour the they put me up in this hotel. Nothing to complain about except for the little piece of cloth covering the window facing the corridor. (not a good idea to come out of the bathroom naked) Room is clean, everything is working, stay was pleasant. Reception does not speak english well, but tries to be as accommodating...
