Nice outlook and close to Ferry terminal ie across the road. Some nice cheap eat places nearby together with bit of a flash seafood place across the road. Also some bars in immediate vicinity and good staging point for other "Aussie Bars" bit further out, a taxi could cost up to aud3 to some of them. Has a bar downstairs...

Currently on 3rd week of a 5-week holiday in Vietnam and staying near Mui Ne before moving further north to Danang and Hoi An. We spent the 1st week in HCMC and decided to spend the 2nd week in Vung Tau (instead of travelling the 5 hours or so to Mui Ne) because it was a short 90-minute trip down...

This hotel is very easy to find as it is opposite the Ferry terminal. It was great to wake up to ocean views and observe the activities of the locals going about their daily routines. The rooms are clean and have a comfy bed. Meals were very well priced and the service was good. We had our laundry done whilst...

Conveniently located within walking distance of the ferry, and facing the sea, Lucy's was a good place to stop for a coffee before heading off to explore Vung Tau. Kim was able to organise a driver and guide to go to Long Tan and surrounding areas. Donations are requested for ongoing projects at schools and orphanages in the area. It...

A good spot over looking the beach front so it starts with a great view, service is a little slow but the meals are definitely worth the money and the wait not that the meal prices are high. If you are a smoker an enjoy having a smoke inside while watching the rugby or whatever then this place is excellent...

Always a pleasure coming back to this hotel. Large clean and very comfortable rooms with a great view of the fishing boat harbor. A great bar downstairs with friendly staff and good service. A terrific menu with a very high standard of taste and presentation. They've got a card system now. Pay $100,000 (around $5) for 5 beers. Nice and...

Good location right opposite the ferry terminal, which are now operating again. Great help from Reception re organising transport back to TSN on day of leaving. Could not pick the meals I had while there and ten out of ten to staff, all of them. Fantastic views from the balconies of the room that overlook the waterfront with Big mountain...

You could not get a better position for a bar come restaurant.beer is always cold and food is of a great quality. The outside eating area is fantastic and being on the waterfront it gives you a great view of the movement of shipping around the bottom of Vietnam . Directly over the road from the hydrofoil back to SAIGON....

The room is filthy, there is either cold water or boiling water in the shower, and the sheets on the bed are not sheets but a bedcover. On top of that there is no breakfast and the price is 40 $. RUN!
