We reserved for 5 days workshops in Aug 2014 considered the hotel's availabilities on internet. But when we arrived, it is an Old hotel wt less than 20 staff, old and terrible building, haunted corridor. Based on the information the first and 2nd floor which were occupied by banks, groceries, etc (like a mall) had been burnt during the riots...

Stayed here just for 1 night during business trip and it was not a good experience. The location was very far far away from airport. When I checked in, the reception told me that they didn't accept payment both by debit and credit card. They just accept payment by cash so I need to go out and look for nearest...

A (Arum) hotel used to be much better than it is now. The value is ok but isn't great. The building is tired and desperately needs a facelift and many of the rooms smell musty. The breakfast is not great but it's acceptable. Central location, can easily walk to other restaurants and shops. The hotel room service is quite good...

At one time this was the top Hotel in Banjarmarsin- in price and quality. Sadly, although the structure and location are still good, it has been allowed to deteriorate in quality. It has now been re-names as the 'A" hotel, though taxi recognize both Arum and Kalimantan Hotel. The Good: Location is central in the city-- markets, Post office, and...

I just stayed last week in this hotel for 1 night, my previous visit was about 1.5 years ago. I used to be a regular guest of this hotel because i found that everything in the hotel was great, the location, the room, the service, the staffs, they're all excellent. But now, i think the hotel is desperately in need...

This hotel is formerly The Hotel Arum Kalimantan and as such taxi drivers and like only recognise the former name as it has recently changed. We stayed here shortly after the Idul Fitri holidays as we got a good deal through Agoda. The hotel advertises itself as four star but it is an acceptable three. The rooms are pretty standard...
