Dear Madam/Dear Sir, First of all, please apologize my such late answer. After reading your message I tried hard to do my own investigation, but without success. Just let me tell you, that - like everywhere - you can find here some persons that try to jeoperdize our good opinion, good work and fair behavior. Another words ; people you unfortunately meet during your trip it wasn't me neither my brother.I always receive my customers in Wadi Rum Village in my office. Also there is not my custom to run for money by the desert as you described. My experience in travel business is more than 20 years, I have a big number of customers - now more like friends - that goes with me to the desert every year. Every time I kindly ask my customers for short call or whatsapp information , just to avoid such kind of mistakes that - unfortunately - happen in my area. Please again, accept my apoligizes ; it makes me sad to see Wadi Rum visitors unhappy. If I could ask you for help - any pictures taken in the camp that you have been or any picture of your driver or "my brother" - I will continiue the issue due to eliminate such kind of story from my homeland. Also it will be my aim to give them back you all money that you paid. My mail address is : Mohammed_rum@yahoo.com. Remaining with kind regards
