Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel was amazing. It wasn't a great location with amazing views of Ait Ben Haddou. It had an amazing rooftop deck which overlooked the casbah and city. The food for dinner was exceptional. The swimming pool was a nice touch, although it was very cold. The rooms were sufficient and had a great shower setup. Our room had a balcony off the back side of the room. It was nice to be able to see the sunrise in the morning from.

We stayed here with a tour group. Took a walk to the top of the hill through the town. We enjoyed the pool and lounge areas. Great views. Well decorated with movie-themed stuff. The rooms were fine. No issues there. The breakfast was lacking with very limited options.

The location was good, but that's about the only thing I liked about this hotel. The bedroom was dark and dingy with uncomfortable beds. Didn't seem that clean either. The bathroom was awful - the shower literally kept falling off the wall, they sent someone up to fix it but as soon as they left it happened again! Also we couldn't get any hot water either in the evening or the morning. Dinner was ok. The breakfast was very poor - little choice, and not replenished so nothing much left for those who came down later. The hard-boiled eggs were grey when peeled - clearly not fresh.

Not five star but adequate to our needs. Could focus on bed making sheets big enough for the bed. Food in restaurant ok. Simple repairs like shower rose refresh of bug spray and door hinges lifting would be great. This place as I said was adequate to our needs

Decent hotel with a very nice pool in the center court area. It's right on the main street of Ait Ben Haddou. The town is a UNESCO heritage site and home to a very nice Kasbah and fortress. It's a short walk to the fortress where you can climb to the top of the hill for a great view of the valley. The shops are on the way there. Look for the guy who creates pictures that he burns with propane to make them. Very cool. The restaurant served a good supper. The breakfast wasn't terrible but wasn't great either. There were limited items available. The room had a very small balcony and the room was a bit crowded. The bathroom was just ok.

My friends and I had lunch here on a Saturday in March before walking over to a tour of Ait Ben Haddou. We ate up on the balcony and got great service. I ordered chicken kebabs, and we all enjoyed fluffy white table bread. And of course the standard olives and bottled water. The owner's daughter kept us company and showed off her stuffed animal. We nearly had the place to ourselves since it wasn't high season. Great location and solid food. Clean public bathrooms downstairs in the hotel area.

This hotel is well located and offers clean, spacious rooms along with exceptional service. Hassan went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Also, one of the best breakfasts we have had during out Moroccan holiday. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here one night to visit the town and do some sightseeing. We were not disappointed, the room was comfortable, the staff were amazing and the food that was included in the price was very tasty. The hotel is very clean and includes a pool that can be used whenever you want although the water is very cold. Hassan is very friendly and attentive. He gave us some touristic information and was very helpful. We recommend this hotel 100%

Stay at the hotel if you want to enjoy a vacation far from daily hectic life with a quiet spot in the middle of rural Morocco. But when every tour bus stops at the restaurant across the street and your guide takes you to this restaurant instead, think twice. The food was inedible.
