Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE Riad. One of the overall best we stayed in. Well appointed, comfortable, I really cannot day enough about the place AND the people. So friendly & helpful - & a delicious breakfast. It was a bit difficult to find based on the GPS. The final picture is a map from the Road - very helpful to finding it. Well located once you do, we walked to the Medina & the beach.

It does not look much from the outside, but once you are in, the feeling is great. It is like a real home with comfortable living space, good lighting, very pleasant and clean rooms, great shower and super clean. Service is great - Ne'ema will take good care of you. Breakfast is tasty and made with much care. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

A fantastic stay at Christina's House in Asilah. The rooms are lovely, clean, & well-appointed, with comfy beds to guarantee a great nights' sleep. Guests have access to a comfortable living room, two patios and a bright rooftop deck. The location along a quiet street is only a quick 5-10 minute walk to the gates of the Medina. So much to see & enjoy in Asilah, many good restaurants and cafes, Christina's House adds to the wonderful experience of the town

I stayed at Christina's House while in Asilah and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The staff are so friendly and the manager was so helpful. The house itself is spotlessly clean, very confortable with lovely Moroccan decoration with a modern touch. There are many spaces to work or relax while on property.

I made my reservation early with booking.com which mentions clearly that payment will be made at arrival. Got surprised couple of weeks later by establishement asking me to pay 30% advance via bank transfer. This is not what was agreed on booking.com and is suspicious. If payement was asked in booking.com wouldn't be an issue. But a bank transfer or MoneyGram? Come on. I never paid a reservation other than with a credit card or in person. Time to see somewhere else. Very suspicious.

Found this place after leaving early a big hotel we found to be a little unclean and overpriced. Christina's house, though further from the beach, was much nicer for a lower price. Although we didn't meet Christina, the host welcomed us into the simple but stylish and well-kept home. We had some nice chit-chat with the host, who connected us with friends of hers when we mentioned that we were looking for a ride to Chefchouen the next day (they did charge us a couple hundred Dirham). Breakfast was especially great. We would definitely return if in Asilah again.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the medina and its location is nice as it is apart from all the noise of the market. All the taxi drivers know it, so if you are taking a cab it will be easy to get there just by saying its name. The guest house's rooms are very nice, bright and clean. There is a terrace in the rooftop with sunbeds and sofas in the corners. You can tell that they pay special attention to detail and it has a lot of character - very beautiful! The breakfast was included so we enjoyed the home-made dishes they prepared for us, sometimes it was Moroccan and some others omelette and pastries. We wanted to give a special thank you to the Salah and Melissa (I think these were their names) as they were very kind providing us with useful information and advice. If we go back to Assilah we will definitely book Christina's House!

Very friendly host. Heater and blankets provided. Warm and well decorated house. Allowed us to leave our baggages in the hotel while we visited the medina. The breakfast provided hot tea, coffee, and milk.

Christina's House and its landlord are laid back, friendly and despite having lots to offer unpretentious as well. The last thing he told us was "you will be back" - undoubtedly he is right and if you feel like having a holiday experience taking the coziness of Morocco one step further then... See you there!
