They overbooked the hotel. When we arrived they didn't have our rooms and they said they will try to find rooms at a different hotel. Lucky one room got cancelled and we got the room for 3 people. The was very tiny and they just brought 1 mattress for our 3rd person. This hotel does not sell alcohol. We had our breakfast at their rooftop terrace in the morning. They had a huge group customer so the staff was overwhelmed. I will not suggest to stay this hotel.

October 5 (second day out of 12) Minimum facilities of a basic hotel. Good for a night stay after a long windy journey. Good hospitality from staff. Abdellah was an experienced driver and we got to Chefchaouen safely that night. Thank you Fes Luxury Travel

Most positive thing I can say is that the location was good, being just down from the market square. This is the only place we've found in Morocco where the reception wasn't friendly. Our room was large and impersonal, but our toilet had a water leak and our shower flooded as the drainage didn't work well. There was no roof top bar ( or any bar at all). Our friends had a room with a balcony which was delightful for us all to hang out in, but the rest of their room space was cramped. Oh and the small lift (6 floors to the breakfast balcony) goes up or down but not necessarily the direction you want to go.

Stayed for two nights as part of a group tour. The staff friendly and attentive. The room was bright, clean and had sufficient space. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful as was the rooftop terrace overlooking the town. Located close to the Medina. Would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Chefchaouen.

Nice modern hotel very well located. The staff was very friendly and helpfull (Ibrahim was really outstanding). Rooms are standard but clean. Bathroom has a good size and beds are confortable. The hotel has two big terraces with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast is served in one of the terraces and had plenty of choices. Fair price.

Very good service from front to end. Was greeted by a fluent English speaking staff who could communicate very well on local culture and things to do. We chatted on ChatGPT and Tourism and Instagram Algorithms and all. Very helpful to help contact my next hotel on my ETA and explained step by step how to book my Bus to Tetouan and Tangier, and the bellboy staff was so amazing and prompt in helping us with the taxi and estimated travel duration too. Highly recommended the suite with private terrace!

This hotel suppose to be one of the top in Chefchaouen. But what happen is the aircon doesn’t work. It can only blow hot air…. Despite the chilly weather, I still want some cool blast for a good night sleep. It was late at night so I decide to open the window and go to sleep instead

It’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel! The hotel has a garden and swimming pool! The staff speak many languages! To go to the rooms it’s necessary to climb the stairs! But the view from the city is fantastic, primarily in the sunset! It’s near to Medina!
